Go to the iTunes Store and select "Purchased" from the Quick Links side bar on the right. Go through all the tabs to download again for free

I am student and I bought the photoshop license about a week ago and One day after I bought it I realised you had a better offer so a switched to that offer, I asked spoke with one of your colleagues, Lyna, who told me that I wouldn't be charge for the cancelation of the first purchase because it was only one day after. Yesterday I checked my account and you have taken 46 pound from my account and I don't know why, so I'd like those 46 pound back please.

Buy something for more than the balance and charge the remainder to a credit card, or write Apple and ask them to keep the balance.

When a pdf is taken from illustrator, white lines appears on images. How can be avoided it?
I use illustrator cs5. It occures mostly on the cover pages of brochures which contains images, texts and some effects such as drop shadow etc.

When smooth line art is turned off in Acrobat preferences,the lines disappears but the text becomes raserized and goes its smoothness. Not only that, we are not sure that everyone who is viewing the pdf has the same settings in their laptop or desktop.
Is there any other solution to remove these lines? I have added the screenshot of a part of the pdf.

If I wiped my phone I wouldn't have the contacts on my phone to send to my self. I would need to take just the contacts from my back up. I would have to do this through iTunes and I don't see how I can just extract the contacts only from my back up. From what I can figure out it is all or nothing

You can try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception, but they are under no obligation to allow.

Thanks. I messed up with my husbands iphone because I was told the wrong thing. Now everytime I sync his phone it makes it look just like the other phone I had. Do you know how I can fix taht for his phone? Any settings I can turn off that will prevent all of my apps/contacts, etc from auto populating his phone?

whenI attempt to send a picture from iphoto by email, my newphews email address is in the place of mine and I can't send the picture without his password to Hotmail account. I don't know how this could have happened, but has occurred several times. How do I get him off my computer so I can proceed? The computer will not let me change his email address while in the iphoto picture window.

There is no "unlock code". If you legitimately unlocked your iPhone via ATT, you will get an email detaling the unlock process, which involves connecting to iTunes. Follow the directions in the email.
If you used one of those web sites that promise an magical "unlock code" you probably got scammed.

You may have an unwanted extension that is modifying sites (or the toolbar area). Try this:
Disable ALL nonessential or unrecognized extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:
* Ctrl+Shift+a
* orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then, if in doubt, disable.
Usually a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.
Does that flush the tab?

When you have a Write window open press F9 to turn on the Contact Sidebar. Select the contact or contacts to send to. Hold the control key while clicking contacts to select more than one. Then use one of the Add To buttons at the bottom.
