HT204088 Refund
I need to get refund on a crap load of app things my nieces freaking bought without asking
You can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
Assuming that it was done on your phone, then to try and stop it happening again on it you can set Settings > General > Restrictions > Require Password to 'Immediately', and you can also turn off in-app purchases on the Restrictions screen.

Why is it so hard to find the refund request page? I made a contribution for an app and have cannot receive the service, therefore I want to get a refund. It is almost impossible to find a link to the correct location for make a request.
Indeed this took me to a page where the information provided was how to protect the security of my account. I had emailed iTunes previously and they advised me to contact the app developer, which I did... they advised me that they did not know why the app was not working and to contact iTunes for a refund....get the picture ... I think this is going to be a vicious circle.
I may just go to my bank and dispute the credit card charge...may be the easiest solution, since there is not an actual refund request page that I can find.
Thanks for your help. -

If I buy an app that doesn't work like it is suppose to, can I get the $6.99 refunded back to my iTunes account ?
If you've tried contacting the developer and not had a response then you can try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and click the arrow to the left of it, click the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -

So how do I fix this
Please be aware that you are not communicating with Apple when you post in these forums. These are user-to-user support forums, so in almost all cases the only people who will reply to your posts are, like Seventy-One and me, your fellow users.
And as to your complaint, you don't need to wait for the receipt. Just look in your Purchase History; that will give you the order number. Then go here:
http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.
Note as well that a refund is by no means guaranteed. The terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final, so the iTunes Store may well refuse, though in my experience they try to be accommodating whenever they can.

HT204088 Is anyone else having trouble submitting a request for a refund
I bought a couple of Apps from the same seller and neither work with an Iphone 3G first generation. He told me to ask Apple for a refund but all it keeps telling me is try again later.
At this rate I will earn the refund money in my wasted time
Is this normal as its acting more like a hobby site with a lousy hosthttp://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

HT204088 How do I request a refund
I was charged for the yearly iCloud extra storage and I am trying to request a refund within the 14 days allowed. How do I submit my request?
IIRC icloud contact is useless, as the only help you can get there is the article for contacting Apple Care. But at least the advisors there who handle the device you purchased the space on should be able to issue a refund.
Let us know how it goes.
