Here is how to view your purchase history:
On a computer with iTunes installed, click purchase history to have iTunes open and display your purchase history. You will be prompted for your Apple ID and password.

You can get the receipt number in a computer with iTunes. Open iTunes and go to iTunes Store. Then, press your email and access to your purchase history

I see this question asked and the answer always seems to be to open iTunes and click your account, etc. this assumes I have a Mac computer, I don't
1. I do not have a Mac
2. Opening iTunes on my ipad IOS 6 there is NO account link
3. Purchase history in the APPS store does not show credit card charges, only a list of all the apps I have, I want to see inapp charges, credit card charges and dates.
I only have an ipad, no Mac. How do I do this?

Perhaps whatever you are using does not show bold text. It does on a Mac.

I have a late 2010 Mac Mini running Lion 10.7.2 updated 2 days ago.
I have an iPad2 running 5iOS 5.0 (9A334) so I should be bang up to date.
I have set up my iPad to wireless sync to the Mac Mini.
My iCloud settings on the iPad show me as logged with my iTunes / Apple ID.
I bought an audiobook (2 tracks) on Tuesday night 11th Oct. on the Mac Mini.
I cannot see these on the iPad. I assume that I have to associate the iPad with my iTunes account as my Mac Mini is not showing the iPad as associated.

Deleting or hiding purchase history from ipad 4 ios 6.1.3

Purchase history can not be hidden on the ipad 4 by swiping left or right. The history can not be hidden in iTunes either. The only apps that show up are the ones on the ipad. The purchase history in iTunes is a permanent record. So does anyone have any ideas that I do not know about to hide the purchase history on the ipad 4??????

This is an update to my post above. I have since solved the problem of hiding the purchase history on the ipad 4 via iTunes by using this link ...support.apple.com/kb/HT4919. Once I hide those apps and re-synced they have left my ipad 4.

Thx for the info. But, I no longer have a computer. So, I'm unable to connect to iTunes from there. Is it possible to see purchase history w/o a computer ? I've made the mistake of letting my son play games on my phone. Then, I attempt to use it. And, it's asking me for a password. Not thinking he made a purchase, I sign in. And, I have this charge on my account. Since I just recently purchased songs & shows on iTunes before he played games, I can only assume that he made an in app purchase (note ... All of my items were completely downloaded a full day before he played games. So, there's no connection to my iTunes purchases - however there's a slight delay in iTunes billing. I have one receipt w/ 6 songs & 1 receipt with songs + shows. Don't understand why it all can't be placed on 1 receipt if purchased same day)

You don't need to install iTunes for the purchase history. You can see it in your iPad (iTunes > Purchased), but you need to install it if you want the order numbers

The level of information that you seek is available in the iTunes app on a computer. You can view the invoices for your entire purchase history for both the iTunes stores and the Mac App Store from there.
