How can I view my full billing history for the app and music stores without iTunes installed?

I just received an email receipt from Paypal showing a $12.99 purchase from iTunes. I almost NEVER purchase anything over around five dollars in the app or music store. Since PayPal does not show what this purchase was for, I have not received the receipt from Apple yet, and I cannot find anyway to look up online what this purchase was for....I need help to find out ASAP what this purchase was. If my account has been compromised or if I have been incorrectly charged for something, I would like to get the issue handled immediately. I do not want to install iTunes on my PC (nor should I have to for Pete's sake), but I cannot see anything recent at all in my app or music history on my iPad (not that I would ever purchase anything for $12.99 anyway...I just don't). iTunes only shows music and movie purchases.

All purchases are considered final, but you can try contacting iTunes support explain what happended and see if they will refund or credit you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
To try and stop it happening again, on your iPhone you can set Settings > General > Restrictions > Require Password to 'immediately' (the default is a 15 minute period during which it doesn't need to be re-entered), and you can also turn off in-app purchases via the Restrictions screen.

Beginning January 2015, we will end support for the In-app Billing Version 2 API. After this date, users will no longer be able to make in-app purchases using your app until you upgrade your app to use the Version 3 API.
The list below contains the applications that we detected which have had a transaction on the v2 API in the last 3 months. This list may contain applications that you have already updated to version 3.

All DPS apps using the native Android viewer already use v3 for billing. It always has, we never used v2 with the native app.

How can I view my app purchases when it keeps sending me to iTunes which does not work on my iPad and yet shows activity?

I Just received a receipt from the App Store. It was for opening one section of a game when I had already bought the full game. I went to the bottom to check on my purchases. It took me to the App Store for view history. I entered my Apple ID and then it switched me to ITune which doesn't work on my iPad! And yet it showed activity in ITunes. A few months ago I had a purchase show up that I didn't make. I contacted the developers because I love their new products so much and wanted to see if it might be a bug in their system because the confusion was within their games only. I would REALLY like to view my APP STORE history but it only lets me get to the part where you can open the apps that are showing. Is their a way to view my full APP history, with dates, money spent etc? I would love to know how to get there. Thank you, Diane Maya

Problem with buttons in Content Viewer iPad app

Hi,
I'm having a problem with my navigation once my app is viewed on the iPad. All pages in all of my articles are using the same master page for a menu button, and they all work when I view the app through the Content Viewer on my desktop. Once I log in to the Content Viewer on my iPad, however, the menu button on the first page of every article doesn't work. I did a test of swapping the first page with the second page in one of the articles, and the original page's menu button then worked while the second page's (now located at the beginning) wasn't being read. Other buttons on the first page work (which are also from the master page), it's just the menu button that makes my table of contents box appear. I have eleven articles in my folio and it's happening on the first page of every single one. Not too sure what's going on here, any help is appreciated.

I also figured out after playing around with it a bit more that this only happens when "Horizontal swipe only" is checked in the properties.

Is there a way I can view all apps I have ever downloaded? Like some sort of historical list associated to my account?
It would help a great deal- I restored my phone from a backup after my iphone crashed- but I had downloaded many apps since then, so now I have to re-download all the missing apps. Thing is I cant remember all of them?

Have you never synced your phone? Syncing puts copies of each app into iTunes for you to manage and have available to sync over when you want.
Other than that, in iTunes, from top menus (forget which one, think under help) you can access your account and then view purchase history.

You can only remove them in iTunes on the computer.

I know of no way to modify your profile to exclude "foreign" apps but I have a theory on this and I am simply guessing, but I would imagine that the foreign apps are included since they might be interest to bilingual people, recent immigrants to the U.S, those who want to stay in touch with cultural traditions and for those of us who want to broaden our horizons.
This is the United States of America and we used to be know as the "Great Melting Pot" where people of all races, creeds, ethnicity, national origin, and religions came to settle and make a new life for themselves in the "land paved with golden streets". You may consider my explanation to be a bit over the top, but these same basic principles still apply today in the grand ole USA and I think that Apple in trying to appeal to the masses has included these apps to accommodate us all.
It boils down to having a broad range of choices and Apple has provided them in abundance in the App Store in order to appeal to the widest variety of people and their cultures.

Yes, I tried with Elad's post, but it's very succinct to me.
Finally, James Ward send me a draf about this hackin and I was able to generate a mixed apk. And I could generate the apk without problems.
Now, I'm figthing with secure socket between android and flex.
