I am trying to download my receipts from iTunes and unable to do so due to the following error "We are temporarily unable to load your purchased items". it has been like this for a while now.
Anyone has any idea?

Im getting the same thing Try to update apps etc from my iphone 4 also try to update on itunes and gives same error cannot connect to iTunes store from phone and the 3131 error on itunes. It has been a problem for a while and im getting sick of it Apple should be ashamed FIX IT. I have tried a google search on it and alot of ppl are having problems if they dont fix it soon i recon there are going to have a big down turn in sales i guess the samsung Galaxy will be a better option dont get me wrong i love my iphone. And yes i have the latest updates for itunes and phone, my account is fine no problems there. Sry thats my windge i dont do that much but its just not fun when u cant update anything.

Today I purchased a £25 iTunes giftcard. I entered the code into the account and everything worked correctly.
Now, whenever I try to purchase anything, ever since I entered the voucher code into my account, i get this message:
iTunes codes are temporarily unable to be processed.
You may continue to browse the store. Please try again later.
The balance is there, £25, quite clearly. It has just jammed up my account completely. i can no longer purchase anything.
Any way to fix this? It doesn't seem to be getting resolved

I have had the same problem for over a month with my son's new apple id. I finally stumbled onto something that worked and allowed us to use his ID in the iTunes store. Here's what I did:
1) In your browser, go to https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage
2) Select the Password and Security tab
3) Under the Security Questions, there was a red exclamation point and the red text " For your security, please provide a longer answer."
4) I changed the security question, typed in a new answer, and hit Save. The red exclamation and red text went away.
5) After that, I was able to proceed normally and use the account in iTunes. FINALLY!!
I guess Apple didn't like the answer to the security question, and that was what kept tripping it up. Maybe something similar is going on with your account. Hope this solution works for someone else.

Unable to load your custom module provider's module-factory-class

I am having a problem while I deploy my application. it gives me following error:
Unable to load your custom module provider's module-factory-class com.bea.p13n.descriptor.module.ConfigModuleFactory
Dont know how to resolve it. the class is in p13n_system.jar file, I have added that jar as a library in deployment but still it shows the same error.
Added it in classpath as well but same error. (Dont know exactly how to add in class path, i have added just in "Start Server" tab's classpath)
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Mac OS X 10.7 App Store: "Unable to complete your purchase"

When I try to install an already purchased app, or a new app, I get the error message: "Unable to complete your purchase. Unknown Error".
It doesn't matter which app, paid or unpaied. I've already reset my warnings through iTunes, signed out and in again, restarted, etc.
Is there a way to reinstall or "clean" the "App Store" App?

How to re download apps ...
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
Select which apps you want to re download. Then right or control click where you see Installed then click Install.
Make sure and use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

If you still can't re download apps, try deleting the cache associated with the App Store.
Quit the App Store if it's open.
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type this exactly as you see it here:
~/Library/Cahces/com.apple.appstore/Cache.db
Click Go
Move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Launch the App Store. Try downloading an app or reinstalling one.

HT201272 I downloaded sveral ringtones and they are not showing up in my purchased items. I had to wipe out my phone so they are not on there anymore. Please, any advice would be appreciated!

I recently had to wipe out my phone and lost everything! I have been able to recover all apps, pics, songs. Lost alot of my contacts due to me not backing up my info to icloud more often. (my mistake) However, I cant find any of my purchased ringtones. They are not showing up in my purchase history on itunes either. I do have the receipts for all of them tho.
Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated!

Ringtones are currently a one-time only download, they won't appear under the Purchased tab nor in the cloud. Have you got copies of them in the Tones section of your computer's iTunes library or in the backup of your downloads that you can use to re-sync them to your phone ? If not, and they are still in the store, then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then try selecting Purchases, Billing & Redemption

I am running GW 7.03 Webaccess on a NW6.5 sp7 server.
Everything was working well until I restarted the server. Now, I cannot browse my webaccess. Apache is serving up the Novell pages though.
Someone had the same error after and upgrade or install of GW8x and it was related to Tomcat issue. I stopped java and started Tomcat with no changes.
Any suggestions?

In 99% of all cases this is simply expired certificates, and a painful
and lenghty reinstall of WA does absolutely nothing to fix this.

Unable to load/play purchased music in iTunes

I upgraded to iTunes 7, everything is working great. Today I purchased some songs. They successfully downloaded, and I was able to upload them onto my iPod, where they play just fine. Unfortunately iTunes will NOT play them. The summary tab of "get info" does not contain any of the itunes specific information (purchased by, fairplay version, purchase date, account name, etc...)
I have deauthorized and reauthorized the computer, did not help. When I try to add the file to the iTunes library it fails without giving an error.
Any help would be greatly appriecated!

I'm having this same issue - unable to play any music that I have downloaded from ITMS. I'm asked to authorize my computer, which I do.. I'm told that my computer has been successfully authorized. But when I try to play any song, I'm asked again to authorize my computer - and the cycle starts all over again.
I have yet to see a post with any sort of attempt at resolving this issue, but I know a lot of people are having it. I emailed tech support, and (surprise, surprise) never heard back.

Can you please make sure the next update you do on iTunes automatically saves your purchased items without going into iTunes tabs. I lost a heap of my later itune downloads again! I'm furious! And please make dragging music from a folder straight into pla

I lost my recent purchases again! My phone synced automatically and didn't save any new purchases. Not the 1st time this has happened!! I don't want to have to go into tabs in iTunes to tell it to remember to save my purchased iTunes items!! It should save them automatically. How can I get them back??? Also , please enable dropping music straight from a folder into iTunes playlist. iTunes is unbearable for me to use now!! I liked apple because you made things simple. I only ever sync my phone if I know I have a lot of spare time now. It's painful to use.
With the iPhone .. When I'm in a call it doesn't show me the time whilst I'm on a call.. Please fix this. Big writing for time.
Music player doesn't pop up when I double click.. Nothing happens when I double click when locked screen. I know you swipe from bottom to get it now but double click should be dedicated to music player

You should transfer all purchases to your computer. File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
You can redownload some purchases in some countries:
