What do I do when I have multiple copies of the same album?
My friend lent me her Viva La Vida album, by Coldplay, for me to put onto my iTunes.
The thing is, on her iTunes, the album appears only once, but on her iPod, it appears five times. When I put this CD onto my computer, the exact same thing happened. On iTunes, I only have one copy of Viva La Vida, but on my iPod, I have five. How can I change this so that I only have the one?Chris CA wrote:

How about the person down the street who doesn't have a computer? According to your thought, it is entirely acceptable for him to to take you computer. After all, he doesn't have enough money to purchase one himself and you/parents do.

Theft is a crime that is punishable. I did not steal anything. The cd was no one elses property in the terms that you talk of. I borrowed the cd from my friend and gave it back, so I didn't steal it from her. So who did I steal it from then? -

I purchased a album on my ipad shouldn't it sync to my computer once i log in. I've been charged 2 times for the same purchase.
You can either connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and do File > Transfer Purchases. Or, depending on which country that you are in, you might be able to re-download it on your computer's iTunes and for future purchases be able to use automatic downloads.

Open the Mac App Store on the other Mac and in the Quick Links sign into your account. See if the Mountain Lion purchase is among hidden apps in the iCloud area of your account info.

When I listen to music on Apple TV 2 my pictures from iPhoto come in aafter about ten minutes, but always the same album (which I never asked for), always in random order and always in a different format. How can I choose a different album myself and control the order and format?
Thank you Winston for a helpful response and for reminding me of something which I found nearly a year ago and then lost (in my mind) because I did not use it. I am grateful for a correct answer but it still only achieves part of what I wanted.
I can now choose my photos, decide how long they stay on screen and choose one of a variety of presentations. Two things I still can't do.
One is to get it to play the photos in the chronological order in which I have carefully set them in an album; it still tends to be random and repetitive. The other is that I cannot get any of them them to saty on screen for more than about 20 seconds. I guess this is all due to the way Apple TV is constructed.

My gen 3 iPod Touch seems to have duplicated all my music since updating to IOS 5 so that it now only holds half as much. What can I do about it? I'm using the same iTunes library with OS 10.6 and all software up to date.
Is the camera damaged? Could be a hardware problem.
Try:
Close the Camera app in the multitasking bar, then try again.
Restart/Reset/Restore your iPod. In that order. -
What is the best charging cable for the iPad Air (that is not made by Apple)? I need a long cable (over 6ft or more). yes, but I'm trying to use my iPad to type notes (using pages) and I have the smart case which I use as a stand. I need a cable long enough to fit through the back of my desk and the charging brick for the iPad won't fit behind the desk. I have to put it on the floor and then the apple cables aren't long enough to reach.

i have ordered 3 albums from the itunes to my iphone and only 3-5 song from each album have been allowed to be downloaded to my phone yet i have still had to pay for the full album what do i do to get the other songs as im not happy to pay twice

Have you added or changed your credit card details on your iTunes account ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge (the Rs 60) may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.
