My Apple account is only one phone. I got charge ten dollars for in app purchases made my a toddler. I than removed that app. The app is gone. I wasn't even on my phone when I got a email saying I was billed for 3 in app purchases from an app thats not on my phone. What should I do or should I ask is their anything I can do ?

My iPhone 4 froze when I was using the Facebook app. The only thing moving is the indicator at the top spinning to show its "thinking." Its been like this for about an hour, I can't even turn it off. Any ideas (other than letting the battery go dead)?
Thank you, I've tried that but it won't work either, the logo never comes up. It just stays on the FB app screen. I tried connecting to iTunes to see if I can fix something from there and it freezes iTunes. Also tried disconnecting the wifi (I don't know how I thought that would help but worth a try) and plugging it into the charger but still nothing. I think I'll have to visit the store tomorrow. I appreciate it, though!

I have downloaded a past purchase from the app store through iTunes. It was a trial game that you unlock with an in app purchase. I paid the price and unlocked it months ago and still have the receipt.
When I try to restore the purchase, the in-app unlock is no longer working and the App Store wants to charge me another $4.99.
What do I do?You CANNOT download music again.
You buy one and only one download. It is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your music.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Use your backup copy to put the music back.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup (not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod. File>Transfer Purchases -

Could you be more explicit, this is a user forum. Apple does not answer questions here. We are not mind readers. What app? How do you know that you were double billed? Was it with the same Apple ID or with two different IDs?

Enter this url in any modern browser IE9 (I never would have believed that I would be complaining about Firfox not working and IE does! - it that how far you've gone down?), Chrome (no wonder people are switching to it in droves) and even Safari - and it plays, but not in Firefox v6.02 - it used to play fine when I first uploaded it back in July 2010 (v3.6 Firefox I think)

I use iTunes for songs and to buy more levels on candy crush. My bill is to MasterCard, but each month my iTunes is for more than what I think I purchased. I recently had to change my mc number. It was a new number so I changed it on my account. When I buy a song I get an email but sometimes my bill shows for more than .99 or 1.29, it might show for 7.00 or more and when I call the number on the iTunes account I can never speak to an actual person. What should I do?
Sometimes iTunes clumps bills together... look inside the email to see if there is a list of what you purchased. If you notice when you make a purchase it never comes out right away.. .its sometimes a week later before it comes out or you get an email. If during that week you purchased other items itunes may bill those together.

I recently made a purchase via the Simpsons tapped out game. When I got my email receipt from iTunes I have been charged twice. I clicked on the report a problem link next to the purchase but it just keeps saying cannot connect to iTunes...can anyone give me any advise on what I need to do please?
