If you update your billing information, the iTunes Store will place an authorization hold on your payment card account, usually in the amount of 1 USD, to verify your account information. It will be credited back to your account later.

I have been receiving charges from apple itunes and nothing has been purchased. When I look at the charges on my online banking a phone number is provided, but when I call that number it tells me to go to the web site. Trying to talk to someone live is a nightmare. How do I get ahold of someone to help me with these charges before they start to really negatively effect my bank account?
You've checked the purchase history on your account to see what app(s) they are from ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases. And you haven't got any auto-renewing subscriptions : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098 ?

How to Identify what Portal Patches Have Been Applied?

I need to identify which patches have been installed in my OAS Installation. I have OAS 9.0.4 installation on HP/UX, and i need to import some page groups from a production environment but i´am reading note 263995.1 for import/export issues and i need to find out if patch 3277149 it´s already applied in my testing environment.
Where can i find this patch? is there any table where i can query for patches installed?

I have been charged twice on one of the 3 purchases I made on 7/6/2012 for the Bejeweled Blitz, (1) $4.99, (1) $9.99 , and (1) $4.99. My credit card has been charged for (1) $9.98, (1) $9.99 and (1) $9.98, which totalizes $29.95 instead of $19.97. When I tried to reply from your notification receipt, it does not connect me with your store, it says... Failed... When i tried calling the number showed in my credit card 1-866-712-7753 it comes a voice mail saying that I have to use the web page. Please credit my account as it should be and send me an e-mail confirmation. Thnaks.
