    I had an old computer that I was trying to update and it completely froze. Unable to save any programs, computer is now at the city dump. I bought a new computer and I am unable to rip the songs from my nano ipod and/or retrieve any of my music that I purchased. I have two nano ipods and one is now completely blank. I understand why and I am guarding the one that still has songs on it. I can see the songs in my Itunes purchase history. How can I get those songs downloaded back into my Library?

    Hold shift and ctrl keys, WHILE HOLDING THEM connect the nano that is not blank to the PC. When iTUnes opens and list the nano let go of the keys. this stops an auto update.
    In iTUnes goto edit>preferences>ipod and set it to "Manual Update" then goto the Advanced tab>general sub tab and make sure "Copy files added to the library to itunes music folder" is UNCHECKED then hit OK.
    Now you can use third party programs like yamipod or podutil to copy all the songs back to the PC that are on the nano. Which program you use depends on if your itunes library is blank or not or if you want the playlist from your nano back on the PC. I'll walk you thru it when you post back on what you want

    If they don't show on your purchase history on your account then have you have you added or changed your credit card details on your account - when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) ?     You need to talk to clash of clans first. The game should have a support link.
    If they can't/won't help you then you turn to iTunes support.
    There seem to be a lot of issues with in app purchases in this game because not a day goes by that someone doesn't post a thread asking something similar.

    The time is not the time of actual use, but the time a tower reports the use. The data would have been used anytime prior to that time. Usually, but no always, the usage happened between the time prior and the time reported.
    For example:
    9:00 AM   1.23 MB
    7:05 AM   0.01 MB
    1:15 AM  350.03 MB
    8:00 PM   23.89 MB
    This does not indicate 350 MB was used at 1:15 AM. It really tell you 350 MB was used sometime between 8:00 PM and 1:15 AM.
    The times are local time zone as far as I can tell.

    You can view your purchase history via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
    On your iPad you can view a cut-down version (and if you have a problem with a purchase contact Support) via http://reportaproblem.apple.com

  • Purchased Pages 09 yesterday. It shows up in my iTunes purchase history, but is not in my App Store list of purchased apps.  It was purchased and downloaded to my 13 macbook.  I want to install it on my iMac, but can't do so until I see it in App Store.

    I purchased Pages 09 through the App Store on June 22 from my Macbook.  It downloaded and installed, but is not in my list of AppStore purchases.  I need it to show up in my App Store purchase history, so that I may download and install to my iMac where I do more of my work when at home.  THe app does not show up in App Store purchase history on either machine, however it does show up as purchased under my iTunes account.  Yes, I could probably just copy the application from one machine to the other, but if it doesn't show up as an App Store purchase I won't receive any product updates.
    Should I refute the credit card charge through my credit card company to get Apple to fix the issue?

    (b) for the update, as the app if flagged as installed you will get the update if Apple deliver an ultimate one (update 9.0.6)
    (c) don't dream. Apple never did that. What they do is to deliver a free upgrade to buyers of a machine when the corresponding order was delivered after the product announcement (example : Lion if you order a mac to morrow)
    Pages '11 (maybe it will be Pages '12) will not be an update but an upgrade and in such case, we must pay.
    I got the described behavior for the app named "The Unarchiver" and, applying what I described, the app behave now as it must do.

  • ITunes Purchase History Slow on iPhone 4

    Not sure if anyone else has noticed this but when I go to the purchase history on my iPhone 4 (always running the latest version of iOS) it's really, really, really slow.
    The selection of Music, Movies, and TV Shows shows up pretty fast but after selecting Music I can be waiting up to a minute for the screen to populate. And this is using wifi. If I'm using 3G it's even longer.
    If that was the only problem I'd be okay but once I'm there EVERYTHING is slow. Scrolling through songs, waiting for the library to show up, even searching. Tapping into the search bar usually takes about 10 seconds before the cursor comes up and each letter takes a few seconds to register.
    Not sure if there's anything I can really do to resolve this but wondering if anyone else is having this issue. I can't be certain but I don't remember it being this slow during the beta period.

    Basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore.
    Have you tried each of these?

    Did Apple totally scrap the "Purchased" history that you could track by purchased date or order? All that's available is this "Recently Added"? Are there ANY of the old side bar options available to view?

    "Recently Added" is a playlist, not a history.  If it is lost and you want to make new one, start a new Smart Playlist and add the single rule "Kind" "contains" "Purchased."
    After it populates, sort it by Date Added and it will be as good as a history!
