You can easily make FaceTime calls by opening the FaceTime app on your iPhone and entering in the email address and you will see an option for a FaceTime call. You can also create a contact for that person to make it easier if you plan on making frequent calls to them. Take a look at the link below for more information.

Why when I try to re download my music it says this device is already associated with another device and I have so many days to re download my music back? How do I get around this and get my music back?
It is telling you that the device has been associated with another Apple ID. Once an Apple ID has been associated with a device, there is a 90-day waiting period before another Apple ID can be associated with that device. Here is a Support Article that explains the 90-day waiting period:

Anyone know why when I redownload old purchases every file is larger?
I have had to re download some past purchases from about 4 years ago and I noticed that the file sizes have gotten larger anywhere from 0.2 MB to 0.8 MB depending on the size of the file. And it's for every single song that I re download. I was wondering why this was? The bit rate seems to be the same but has the quality improved? Or is this just a result of newer versions of itunes and files additional features as relating to itunes? I have backed up my music and if quality is different, I would need to back it up again. Thanks
The apps will always be tied to the old Apple ID and you will always have to sign into the old account to update or download them unless you buy or download new copies using the new ID.

Are you using WI-Fi sync when you get this message? You Restored with iTunes so I assume you have access to the device settings in iTunes. Try to sync with iTunes

I bought a dictionary for $29.99 on 30.11.11 and cannot redownload it. I was under the impression that once an app is purchased it belongs to you for all time. Shouldn't I be able to get this app.?
You can only redownload apps whilst they remain in your country's store - is it still listed fot sale ? If the app is still in your country's store then you should be able to redownload it via the Purchased tab in the App Store app on your iPad, if it's not shown there (but is still in the store) then check to see if it's hidden from the Purchased tab : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919
If it's no longer in your store then do you have a copy of it on your computer's iTunes and/or on your backup of your downloads that you can use to resync it to your iPad ? -
