I just purchased FormsCentral but according to your site it is going to be closed on June 22. What does this mean for what I paid? Do you have an alternative program to use? Do I receive my money back?

When you say you just purchased Formscentral exactly what do you mean? Formscentral has not been sold as a stand alone product in a while due to the decision to close the service. If you got Formscentral as part of a Acrobat subscription then you need to know that that part of the subscription will go away partially in June and fully in July. If you have indeed managed to purchase Formscentral standalone recently can you please give me the information about your purchase such as the date of purchase and link to the site from which you purchased. Refunds are available to customers who are not able to use the service though their contract period.

I'm using iphoto9.1.3 but now it doesn't seem to work, whenever I try to open it, it just shows loading, but never loads. Can anybody help me with this ?
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

I can't seem to sign into iTunes on this pc so that I can authorize it. I want to do this so I can transfer purchased iTunes music on my iPad mini to this pc. The response I keep getting is to try again later but its been days so I don't think that is the problem. I know I am using the correct user name and password so I don't know what's wrong. Do you have iCloud configured on the iPhone and on the MacBook Air? If not, you'll want to do that for seamless transferring of contacts between the two devices. If you have an iCloud account already, set it up on the phone first. If you do not have an iCloud account I'd recommend signing up for one on the computer first as it's easier to navigate the setup screens. Once iCloud is setup on both machines the contacts will automatically sync (faster if the iPhone is on wireless).
Regarding email, you'll need to ensure the email on the iPhone is configured for IMAP/Exchange. You'll then want to configure that same account in Apple Mail (or whatever email program you intend to use on the MacBook Air). -
I have updated to the latest version of iPhoto. But now iPhoto will not let me amend the preset text in the text boxes.
the text is highlighted for a nano second but it will not stay highlighted so that I can add my own text.

In most cases you can simply "upgrade" (meaning downgrade) directly from the installation. It would be a good idea to save your passwords & bookmarks just to be on the safe side. -

fingers crossed, it appears they are working the bugs out of this update....i was able to post a pic to my newsfeeds/time line this morning....first the picture went into the ios album but within a minute, it appeared on my timeline! im glad ...

After powering the iPhone off and on, the light goes out but turns back on randomly or immediately after powering the iPhone on?
Since nothing else you have tried has resolved it, try restoring the iPhone with iTunes from the iPhone's backup first.
If no change after that, try restoring as a new iPhone or not from the backup.
If no change after that, the iPhone has a hardware problem.
Call AppleCare or make an appointment at an Apple Store if there is one nearby. -
Hi chaps. FaceTime question. I can FaceTime by phoning my iPhone 4 from my iPad 2 but cannot phone my iPad from the iPhone. When facetimeing from phone to iPad the phone says it's busy. The iPad rings once and then stops. Any ideas. Regards Jon
