HT204150 Contacts missing from Outlook

I use Outlook for my contacts. Evidently, I changed something and now my computer no longer has my contacts. They are on my iphone and iCloud. Any ideas? I am new to this cloud stuff.

I was seeing a similar issue and what I found was that iCloud was setup in an earlier profile and was having problems with my new profile. I did the following:
Be sure that Outlook is not running
Open the Mial (Outlook) setup in the Control Panel
Select the E-Mail Accounts button and remove any iCloud accounts from there.
Then select the Data Files tab and remove any iCloud files from there. I found that there was one that was not the iCloud email, it just said iCloud and it was causing the issue. Remove them all.
If there are multiple profiles, so the same for all.
If the iCloud Control Panel is open, close it and then re-open it. There should be no checkbox for any Outlook setup and there will be the option to set it up. Select the setup option and it will setup correctly and work.

Installed Office 2010 yesterday on Inspiron 620, Windows 7. Contacts missing from PC but are in iCloud and showing up on iPad. Checked the icloud, signed off and back on. Still do not show up. Were there before the Office installation. I see iCloud on control panel but not in programs. It showed in programs before ioffice install as well as on control panel. Not sure if it is really still installed because I see it one place but not another. Thanks.

Icloud contacts missing from outlook

iCloud really messed up my contacts, now I can't even find them. When I click on iCloud Contacts nothing comes up. Wish I had never gone to iCloud.

Important contacts list from Outlook Express

I am struggling to figure out how to import our contacts list from Outlook Express into iTunes so that we can then move them onto our new ipad mini. Whatever step(s) am I missing? Thank you & standing by.......

I can't find any documentation but I want to remember that iTunes doesn't work with outlook express.
if it is an option, you get your contacts on by connecting your device, opening iTUnes, navigating to the 'info' tab (the name did change but basically it's the tab to set up the e-mail, notes, etc that you sync)
If express is an option you'll see it listed as a choice.
If it's not then you can always mail your contacts out of outlook, open that mail on your iPad and save them from there. I had to do it once and I could only figure out how to do it one at a time but there may be a better way.

The PDF plug in is missing from Outlook COM add ins and Disabled add ins, confirmed that 7 .dll files were installed correctly in c:\program files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat.com\Add-in
Also tried re-registering the DLL and adding PDFMOfficeAddinn.dll to Outlook add-ins.
Plug in tab is enabled and working in MS Word and Excel but not in Outlook 2010.

ICloud Contacts disappear from Outlook

After the ios7 upgrade, my contacts disappear from Outlook. They are still on iCloud and on my iPhone.
I have tried the following:
icloud control panel and unclicking the check box next to contacts and restarting machine and outlook. Does not bring them back.
icloud control panel and exiting icloud panel and then restarting machine and then logging back into icloud and reloading contacts. Brings them back for one session. Once I exit and get back into Outlook the contacts are goine.
repairing icloud control panel (uninstalling and reinstalling) and reloading contacts. Brings them back for one sesson and then disappear again.
Any ideas.

Any thoughts on a fix?

in Itunes, once you connect the iPad, do you see the 'info' tab? Tap that and scroll down and see if outlook is chosen as the place to sync contacts from. If not, check it and sync and see if your contacts move over.

Contacts disappeared from Outlook

When I uploaded contacts from Outlook to iCloud they disappeared from Outlook. How do I get iCloud to return them to Outlook on my PC?

The same thing happened to me today. After an hour of distress, I found that all my contacts had moved to a new subfolder in Outlook. "My Contacts" is now empty, but there is a new folder called "iCloud Contacts" where they all moved. On your PC, in Outlook, Click View / Navigation Pane / Normal. In the left pane, you'll see the newly created contact folder.

Organizing Contact Info from Outlook to iphone

I have outlook and I want to sync the contacts in Outlook to the iphone into two categories. In Outlook you can put contacts into more than one folder. Example: Personal and Business. Is there a way to sync the contacts into the iphone where they are seperated by two folders? Maybe contacts for business and contacts for personal? I have noticed that in itunes under syncing contacts there is an option to sync selected groups but it is never highlighted to choose and if I could choode this option would it put contacts into two different groups? By the way I have seperated contacts in Outlook and after syncing the iphone only the main folder is transfered from Outlook to the iphone.

I assume you created a contact list in SharePoint 2013 and synchronized it to Outlook via Connect to Outlook per the link below:

If you would like to remove contacts from Outlook, you could right-click the folder in Outlook > Delete folder. This will remove it from Outlook and remain the contents in SharePoint.
