Are you accessing the account through a client (like the Mail app on your Mac) or via a web browser (signed into gmail.com website)?
If via a client, you should be able to email from within iPhoto or drag the photo into the new messge window.
If you need to upload it to webmail then export the photo from iPhoto to a convenient location so you can upload it to Gmail.

Ok you can reset the stream from www.icloud.com
Goto www.icloud.com
Login with your iCould username and password.
and login
Then click on your name in the top right hand side of the screen next to sign out,
it opens a window Account details with Language, Time Zone, Advanced
Select Advanced - Then click Reset Photo Stream. and confirm, the stream will be reset and totally deleted
I still think you should be able to remove individual pictures though, a blured image etc is a problem

How do you copy a picture in photos? When I right click on them it doesn't give you the option to copy and when I click edit, copy, it does nothing.

I've copied pictures from iPhoto before and its worked perfectly fine. Just can't seem to find a way to do so on Photos.
I my Photos version it works to select a photo and then use the "Edit" menu.
Edit > Copy ⌘C or pressing the key combination ⌘C
There is no visible confirmation, but the photo will be in the Clipboard.
I cannot test this with Word. But I can insert the copied photo from the clipboard into Pages or Keynote documents by using ⌘V

The easiest way to do what you want is to both backup your Libraries to an external hard drive (eHD) using some kind of backup software. Then you can just select tracks from her Library on the eHD and drag them into your iTunes on your laptop.
However, this means that your laptop will fill up with songs that you both have, which will waste space. There is no way round this unless you share.

Yes, this is the way OS X works : each user only has normal access to their own files, and sees the red symbol for other users. It's to do with permissions and security and privacy.

The untilted thing is when i put the camera card into the printer slot a box on the right hand side comes up on the desk top it is a picture of a white box with a open slot in the front and it states Untitiled. If I take the card out this box goes away

When you have an email open, and you use the Insert Photo or Video option to media to your email you can only do them individually at the moment. However if you go into your Photos app you can select multiple photos and use the share option to automatically put all the selected photos into an email for you:

How to make a smart list of photos containing any keyword

I want to get all my keywords embedded. I think a workaround is to make a smart list that has all my photos which contain any key word. Export all these photos. Then import them back in using auto arrange by event.

In the Photos window turn off the Event Titles so all you see are the photos. Then sort by keyword, ascending or desending. The photos without a keyword will be at one end of the display of photos. Find all of the photo without a keyword and batch add a new, unique keyword. Then make a smart album with the criteria Keyword is not "XXXX".

TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've written an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. Unfortunately, you cannot retrieve the pictures from iCloud without an Apple device.
