I was working on my New Ipad Mini in Safari when I received error Message Warning IOS Crash Report Due to a third party application in your phone. IOS crashed contact Support for immediate FIX 16473604447. What do I do i called that number and wasn't goint to pay someone other than applie to fix this error. I bought insurance, these people said Apple would not be able to help me.
please i need this ipad for a trip im taking in a couple of days.
I can't get into Safari the above error message keeps on popping up blocking me from getting in.
Double tap the Home button, then swipe upwards on the Safari preview.
Go to Settings - Safari - Clear History
Restart Safari.
And nd never, ever call any number presented.

Fairly sure this is a virus or at least a scam. Have already tried to reset by holding the power and square down until the apple icon appears, but to no avail. I cannot get the message off of the Safari screen .

Contact Support for an immediate fix - 1-800-480-4170. I too called the phone # to see what was going on. It went straight on hold when I called (didn't ring) and then when someone came on the line, it was a woman who I could barely hear due to the noise in the background. She stated that my ios crashed and was no longer something on my iPhone5S and that a 3rd party was at that time taking all my info. off my phone (nice "scare tactic" eh?). She then said for $80 though she could reinstall ios and just needed my credit card # (yeah, ooooookkkay). So I said that was ridiculous as I had been using apps and my phone the whole time I was talking to her on speaker and said I would call Apple Support directly. She told me they would say the same thing about having to pay to have ios reinstalled on my phone. I said I highly doubt it and told her I wouldn't pay the money and that she was essentially full of crap. She then said (prob after realizing I wasn't buying any of it) "OK ma'am" and hung up on me.
Adamfrombessemer's advice works if you're surfing sites and get a "ios Crash Report" message in Safari on your iPhone like I did!
1. Place the phone in Airplane mode.
2. Go to Settings > Safari > And Clear History and website Data
3. Reopen safari and all will be gone. Turn off Airplane mode.

I got an email that said I have unused iTunes Store credit associated with your Apple ID. I can't find how to accesss those credits. Can someone please help me?

Went to open a file in words and got message. "You need a newer version of Pages to open this document." I have latest version. All other files in words open w/o a problem. Please help.

Pages 5.2 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5.2 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Older versions of Pages 5 can not open files from later versions of Pages 5.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Anything that is saved to iCloud and opened in a newer version of Pages is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Apple has removed almost 100 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:

Error message: "Warning: unresponsive script". Afterward, the system freezes and will then crash. Crash reports have been submitted many, many times without response. I have tried the fore-mentioned solutions with either no results or very bad results which I filed a report but did not receive an answer. The application to block scripts actually worsened the problem and I could not correct the situation for a while (no response from Firefox, at all). I have also been through this procedure without any one contacting me, AT ALL.

I do not know wat "reeked to reset" means.
Try the following:
- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
- Power off and then on your router.
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

Every time I sync my Iphone 5c(with ios 8) to Itunes, it 1. deletes all of my purchased music 2. deletes all of my album artwork 3. replaces all of my deleted songs. please help! this is driving me crazy! It syncs 100+ songs, when I only want to sync 1! I'm running Itunes 11.3.1.2
After having experienced similar problems and having it back to work, I have a few suggestions:
- Try to find out if the syncing stops at a particular track or song. That might - out of the blue - have gotten corrupted in one way or another. Since that song will not be on the iPod, iTunes will try over and over to put it on and crash in one way or another;
- reformat the iPod as described in the iTunes 9 crash-thread. It takes time (at first it seems to do nothing, but that is because the green bar is moving with very small steps);

Can't burn music I purchased months ago, I could only burn the 4 cuts I bought this evening,6/9/12 message said originals cannot be found? Please help itunes would not let me buy a second time, thats a good thing but Im trying to make a music CD and itunes will not let me? [email protected]Fixed. /Users/x/Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins/AirKeysInputManager.bundle got corrupted by a badly installed safari extension. Deleting this, then reinstalling adobe air did the trick. I wasn't thorough enough on my first try, it was tricky to find everything associated. I had to look for files in the console log then search for them. Spotlight was missing some deep files, EasyFind worked better for me.

If the messaging app is crashing at launch, and it is not fixed by a reboot, you will have to restore the device to factory settings, and then choose the set up as new option. Restoring to factory, and then restoring from a backup will return the issue to your iPhone.
If it is all saved to iCloud or your computer(outside of iTunes) then go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content & Settings. This will erase all info from your iPhone! So be sure you have your stuff saved, erase & in the start menu up choose "Set Up As New," sign in with iCloud/Apple ID, get back to texting like a boss. -

I just completed a message and did a save so it would be a draft and I got this "The connection was reset" and so I could not get by that so I powered down and up again and still get the same message and cannot get into email on my account {edited for privacy}

If you made a backup before you restored it you can restore your iPhone from a backup and your game data should be restored. When you connect your iPhone in iTunes you can right click on it in the sidebar and select restore from backup.

Was it purchased from an official Apple Store, not a reseller? Only Apple Stores sell official factory unlocked phones. The others sell hacked to unlock phones, and the unlocking is unstable.
Try these steps, as needed:
1. Reset phone - press both home and on/off buttons for at least 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
2. Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
3. Replace SIM card (and reset network settings again)
4. Restore Phone in iTunes using a backup
5. Restore in iTunes as new, without using a backup

Dear Expert I have a problem where we do reversal of the GR for service/ non item, the value still appear. Previously, the PO has been GR and MIRO, we have done reverse MIRO and reverse GR, however above problem still exist. Please help me to solve t
