The Apple Watch app requires iOS 8.2, see the release notes for confirmation…
iOS 8.2
Check the device is running iOS 8.2 not 8.1.2

I was downloading itransmition on my iPad when done downloading there's a shadow of the app still downloading as if I am downloading again. Then I uninstall the app by clicking the 'x' but the shadow still there and I can't get rid of it.

Thanks for the post. I'm not sure which model printer that you have but you should be able to print from your iPad 2 with the HP Home and Biz application. This is for wireless printers that are NOT web enabled. I've included a link below with some great information on how to get this resolved. Good Luck!

I keep getting "the network connection could not be established" message when trying to update my iPad, iPad2 and iPhone4 devices using either my iMac or MacBook. The Macs and iOS devices are apparently working correctly otherwise. Problem started about a day ago when I connected one of the iPads to my iMac and iTunes notified my of an update for the device. I tried and got the above message. Tryied other iPad2 and iPhone4 and get the same message. Also, get same message when trying to update using the MacBook. My system SW is 10.7.3 on the iMac and 10.6.8 on MacBook. iTunes is version 10.6. Have gone thru the check list of things to check and have re-started. Would appreciate any ideas. Thanks.
Another user named Springbk posted a fix that worked for me as I was having the same problem today:
I Changed my DNS settings to OpenDNS
On a Mac go to SYSTEM PREFERENCES>NETWORK>ADVACED>DNS
change DNS by adding ( + )
208.67.222.222
then
208.67.220.220
click okay/apply after. then try the update. after the update, just delete the two open DNS server numbers. should revert back to your old one. -
How can I delete watched and unwanted TV shows from my ipad. They don't show on my mac, they don't show up in the useage tab. But when I click on videos, the tv shows show up with links to the cloud. How can I delete?
The question is not only how to to hide them, but also how to mark them as watched!

My IPod was shut down because my charger broke so my IPod was not turned on for 3-5 days, luckily I had a 1 year warranty and I charge my IPod when I get the charger which was replaced with a new one for free. So when I turn on my IPod, it's almost fully charged, so I try to "Slide to Unlock" It doesn't work. I went on and tried again and again, I just tried to turn on the brightness because we were in a car and it was sunny, what do you know? It doesn't work, then my dad took it and wiped it with a fine cloth, he told me I had greasy hands (because it was hot outside) so it wasn't working. Then he tried and tried. After that I made an appointment with apple genius bar. But if anyone knows whether they replace it or not please let me know because I do have the receipt and a 1 year warranty and I don't want to go in there like a fool expecting a replacement when they won't let me. I know I did nothing to it because I take the best care of it, I do not let anyone touch it, I do not put it near water. I hope that's enough details! Please if you know the answer, answer ASAP,

Most of my contacts are gone. My favorites and call log show numbers but no names. It did not remove all contacts but most of them. I can type in the name and it comes up but is it not listed in my contacts.
Within Contacts, tap Groups at top left. Make sure all contact groups are checked to show, then tap "Done" at top right.

Ipod touch 4 i can no longer watch movies, transferred to the ipod, on videos app it simply says loading and then stops. On my ipad mini with older ios it still works. So how can I fix this I have tried converting videos into different formats but it will not work.
Is IOS 8 really appropriate with Ipod Touch 4, if the older Ipods do not have the capability then why are we prompted to install new operating systems.
