You can try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists.

  • What,s the reason to stop iphone 5?? Is there any problem with that phone?? Because still 4s is in market but iphone 5 is stopped.... What,s wrong with apple??

It was replaced by the iPhone 5C, which is essentially the same phone except for the case, better LTE converage and a larger battery.

  • When i take a picture with my samsung galaxy note edge it takes a long time to focus, like 30 sec to 1 min. Is this normal or is there a problem with my phone?  It gets frustrating when trying to take a pic quickly.

any info would be appreciated, i have tried different things to see if it is a setting that i don't have right, but i just cant get the camera to focus when i want to take a pic. it takes is a long time to focus and it is very frustrating. Babies don't wait for your camera to focus...................lolol.

It definitely shouldn't be that slow, are you using the stock camera?  what mode are you using it in?  what other settings do you have setup? try downloading another camera like "a better camera" or any other free one and see if it behaves the same.  If it does that tells me that either the lens is really dirty or the hardware may have an issue.  Make sure the lens is clean then try either a restart or power down and battery pull and see if that solves anything.

  • Can I unplug iPhone during back up? It's taking very long time

I started my iPhone sync about 18 hours ago. It is still on step 2 (backing up).  The progress bar doesn't really show progress.  It just has those scrolling lines.  There is no indication of anything as far as progress, tasks being performed, hangups, nothin.  What would happen if I unplugged right now?  It has been at least a month since I synced.  I have downloaded, updated, & deleted several applications n that time.  The last time I synced, I thought it wasn't working, so I unplugged to try again, & my iPhone became a shiny paper weight.  I had to completely start over from the last back up.  I should sync more often, but this is where I am now.  It does have the latest version of iOS & still has more than 14 GB of free space.  My Apple was connected to Internet when I started, but it was taking too long so I had to leave my internet source to come home with my iPhone still attached & "syncing".  It is not a mobile data device if it has an umbilical cord to my MBP & I'm gonna feel silly carrying around my MBP everywhere so I can use my iPhone.
I have read some stuff about deleting all applications & starting over & stuff like that, but they seem to be over kill.  I just want to find the exact problem & fix it rather than scrubbing & starting over.  Those ideas also do not address what I can do now that I am mid-backup.
    ThankU

The problem that I had that was causing my iPhone 4s to not sync properly was actually caused by a cord that I purchased from Walmart that was made by Onn (I think) for distribution in Walmart.  I realized that since I purchased that cord, I had been having problems to include one that caused me to be forced to do a complete wipe & reload of my iPhone.  I fetched my original Apple cord that came with the iPhone & used it to sync.  It worked amazingly fast, while I had become accustomed to syncs taking at least 30 minutes or more.  I took the cord back for a replacement.  The new one is working properly so far.  It's a convenient cord because it is 4 feet long & thicker than the Apple cord for $10, but that isn't good enough if it doesn't sync properly.

  • I have just bought iphone 5 and i have a problem in charging it , firstly it took a long time to charge when i opened it to the first time , and its nearly dont charge on 110 output, and its taking a long time to charge on 220 reaches 50% in 1 hour

The charger block is universal and is able to handle multiple votages.  One hour to reach 50% seems fine to me if the phone was completely flat to start with.  Just leave it on charge for as long as it takes to reach 100%.  I leave mine connected overnight all the time and it does not harm the battery

  • Restore from backup of my iphone is taking a long time

Restore from backup of my iphone is taking a long time, so far about 12 hours! Is this normal?
I updated to ios5 and all seemed fine, later I realised that my music wasnt on the iphone, so pluged back into my computer and it said that the restore of the iphone had not completed successfully (or something along those lines). I went to restore from backup and selected restore from a back up of my iphone. All appeared to be going ok with the time remaining coming down to less that 10 seconds now for the past 11 hours it has been increasing and now the time remaining is about 17 minutes!
Anyone know whats happening? Or what I should do? If anything, or should I just leave it restoring??
    Thanks for any help.

A bit late, but I wonder if a Reset would be enough? Or even just turning it off and back on?

  • Taking a long time to recieve texts

Hi, ive had my iphone 4s for about 2 months now. all been fine until past 2 weeks. im now taking a long time to receive texts. specifically sms messages. imessages seem to work fine. but it can take up to several hours before my sms texts come through.
And i usually have to reboot the iphone to receive them and they all come at once.
Cant be my signal because im usually in areas with excellent network coverage
Ive restored my iphone twice, once last week and once today. still getting same problems.
    Any ideas??

Can't tell you the exact time, but over USB 2.0 it should be maybe a minute or so. Certainly no more than a couple of minutes.

  • Attachments taking a long time to download

Hi, I wonder if anyone is experiencing the same problem. I've just got my iphone 4 and have noticed that when I download an attachment in mail it seems to be taking a long time to download. This is compared to my old 3g which downloaded them ten times faster when connected to my wi-fi. (granted, before i updated it to 4.0)!! Does anyone have a fix for this? Safari is fast compared to my 3g.
    Regards, Andy

    Hey Rebecca 94!
