HT204266 App Store displays an item, previously (& caused by Diigo), now a farm game that cleared down to reveal Google Earth, & remains stuck showing it - the App Store is rendered inaccesible
Further to this, the on screen keyboard now opens in the top half of the screen instead of the lower, usually obscuring the text entry field, or causing the users hands to obstruct, not sure if it's the same issue but some reviews for Diigo ( formerly iChromy ) suggest it has known issues and one user reports the same problem in App Store (September 2012 reviews for app) and that it was like that for weeks...., please advise.
For the keyboard press and hold the 'keyboard' key at the bottom right of the keyboard and after a second or two you should get a popup - slide your finger up to the 'Dock' option on that popup and then remove your finger from the screen and the keyboard should move back to the bottom of the screen.
For the App Store, have you tried closing it via the multitasking bar and seeing if it works when you re-open it ? Double-click the home button to open the taskbar, and then swipe or drag the App Store app's screen from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and click the home button to close the taskbar.
If that doesn't fix it then you could try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I had a previous iPhone, my current iPhone and my iPad that are all connected to one cloud. Can I delete the backup from my previous iPhone? Will it delete in the cloud AND on the phone? or does it just delete from iCloud? or does it just delete from the phone? Someone please help!
You can delete the backup without any problem. Only the backup will be deleted from iCloud and nothing else will be deleted, so you can do it without worrying about losing data on iCloud or your devices

What you mean by 'buy and create a new id', it's free to create iTunes accounts. But until you've logged out of your existing account, you won't be able to log into a new account. -
Google calendar is not showing in the list of calendars in the iOS Calender app
I'm following this link to sync Google calendar with my iOS Calendar app on my iPhone 5:

It sets up alright and I can see it in the list of calendars in the settings but nothing is sync'ed in the Calendar app itself. Also while in the Calendar app I click Calendars in the top left corner, and this Google calendar is not even in there and I don't know why (since it is in the settings -> mail, contacts, calendars -> accounts.) Very frustrating!You need an AirPrint compatible printer to be able to print directly from iOS devices, but unfortunately, your Canon ip2000 is not on the list of compatible devices. A possible workaround that might work is to try an App like Print Central on the iPad and iPhone. This will allow the iOS devices to print to most printers. But, there is no way to guarantee that it will work with your printer.

When I try to go to the app store, I have a popup for a free game that won't go away. I can't get into the app store.
This happened to me twice lately. I finally got around it by double tapping the home key to go back to the homepage finding the app store that was running and flicked it up to get rid of it.

There is a column, offender_ID, which is a foreign key for another table, it should not be null during insert. However, even I pass the offender ID from master page when user click the create button, and it did shows in the form, it must be a text filed to insert successfully, why cannot I use hidden or display only item to store this value for insert? (If I use hidden or display only item, insert won't be successful, apex reports I tried to insert a null value to offender_ID column.)

Display Only items have a "Setting" of "Save Session State" Yes/No? That can be a problem.
Would you do this? Make these items regular items instead and see if you can get those working. Then, we will try to change the fields back to hidden or display only.

I just updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 7.1. The apps I had previously installed are not showing on the screen. They are located in App Store icon. How do I move the icons so they are showing on the screen.
You can move apps around in iOS 7 the same as iOS 6. Press an app icon until you see it wiggle; then drag it to where ever you want it to be. Drag it onto another app to create a folder with the two apps. Tap the Home button to stop the wiggle.

I have previously installed several apps. They no longer appear on my phone. They do however appear as installed when I access the app store so I cannot reinstall them any ideas on how to re-access those apps or uninstall and reinstall them so I can use them?
How many pages of apps do you have? You can only have a certain number of pages before it pushes your extra apps off the pages but is still on your device.
Connect you device to iTunes on your computer and on the left hand column Devices and the name of your device should show. Select your device and the in the summary pane above the picture of your device you can select apps there and see if the apps show on the right side for sync apps. If they do then you will have to either remove some apps or consolidate your apps into folders. -

Hi, I bought a iPad mini for my 6yr old son yesterday. I set up his own apple ID. how do I download apps for him? It tells me that I'm too young to get access.
Two possible solutions come to mind:
(I don't know if this will work ...) You might try "gifting" the apps you would like him to have from your Apple ID to his. He would then receive an email with a download instruction and his Apple ID would own the app.
You can obtain the apps using your Apple ID, place them in the iTunes on the computer he will be syncting with, and authorize the computer to use items owned by your Apple ID. You do that in iTunes on the computer at Store > Authorize This Computer from iTunes' menu. -
I recently downloaded my previous purchased items from iTunes but I have found that some songs dont play or have only downloaded half of the actual song :/ when i go to iTunes>Purchased it says that the songs have already been downloaded, which means i cant re-download them. is there a way I can re-download my previous purchased songs?
Once you successfully add you iTunes library to iTunes Match, you go to Settings>iTunes & App Store on your iOS device and turn on iTunes Match. Your iTunes Match library will then appear on your iOS device.

When run, the example below shows a Select Many Shuttle with four choices in the leading list. When items are shuttled to the training list and the page is submitted the trailing list is rendered with no items selected. Is this a bug?

1) Music
2) Videos (except sometimes in Vista)
3) Photos (as long as they're not too large)
but is terrible for:
1) calendar
2) contacts
3) To-Do lists
For the latter use something like "iGadget" (www.ipodsoft.com). I also edit/store notes w/iGadget plus it allows you to export files, etc.
I gave up on syncing iTunes w/Outlook long ago. Good luck. -
i can't see my purchased apps in itunes on new ipad mini. when I go into the itunes store. It shows nothing. I haven't changed my ID or country of purchase. It shows that I would have to rebuy them when I go into the store. Is there something in settings on Itunes I need to change? I do not have cloud.
Yes I am looking in the app store. When I look in Itunes on my computer and look at purchased apps it is there. And when I go on my other device and look at apps purchased all apps are there.
The new ipad doesn't show any apps purchased when I click on apps purchased and when I search the app store it doesn't show it is purchased. I am wondering if I am just missing something...need to turn something on in options or something. Never had this problem with previous ipad when I set it up.
