HT204266 How do I get my money back for a bad app?

I bought an app iTransfer and it never worked. I tried to get rid of it and get my money back with in 10 mins of using it but I couldn't. I spend $3 on it. Please return my money to me. I dont mind if its a credit. I just want it the money back! Somehow.

    If you still wanted the song you could:
    Open iTunes...
    Click the "Store" menu at the top ->
    Find "Check for purchases".
    Hopefully it will find the songs you were trying to download and it will finish downloading them without you having to pay again.

    Note that audiobooks are currently a one-time only download from the store, so you may want to take a backup copy of it

    You've visited the developer's website and tried contacting them (there should be a link on the app's description page in the store) ? If you have and you haven't got anywhere with them the you can try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

    The terms clearly state that there are no refunds. You can try to contact the app store and see if they will make an exception, but do not expect it.
