I want to switch my App Store from country A to country B. How do I do that?

Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID
Tap your ID
Tap View Apple ID
Enter your password
Go to country/region in the popup window to change the store

If you have Location Services turned on turn this off, then follow steps below:
Go to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Your_Apple_ID>View Apple ID
When you tap your Apple ID and select View Apple ID you'll need to enter your password, once done you can change the Apple Store.

I have an i-pad and when I go to the App Store (icon on desktop), it says that I have to switch to a Canadian App Store to purchase my App. How do I switch it?

In order to use any particular store, you need to have a method of payment based in that country - so for example, a credit card from a Canadian source with a Canadian billing address.
Otherwise, you cannot shop in the Canada store, and if the item is not offered in the France store, then you cannot buy it.
If you do have the info to be able to use the Canada store, you can use these instructions to switch stores:

I bought Mac Pro last week. I have an ipad and it is ok to use and download app with <my e-mail> account.
But in my Mac, it is not ok to download app and software ,it said i have to switch account and billing info. I make my account with US store info. And i want to change everything to Singapore store. Billing and addresss also. How can i switch to singapore store to get app.? Thanks you

Open the itunes app on your mac and sign into your account (Store menu.) Clcik on your Apple ID in the upper left corner and sign in again to view your account information. Change your country and provide a new payment method, both sections are found in the account information.

you could go to settings, then itunes and app stores. you should see an option caleed apple id with your apple id to the side of it. click on it and select the option view apple id. you will have to type in your password. then you will see the details of your acoount. next, select the option called country/region. you will be able to select australia from the list of stores. you willl then change your billling adress (you should be directed). Fill in your adress in australia with your zip code and you will be done.

This is happening on a bunch of apps I am trying to update.

My account has been a US account for the last four years since I moved to Belgium. It has been working fine in Belgium up until the 22nd of January, 2013. On January 22nd, the apps store no longer takes me to the US store and I can not find a way to switch it from the BE store where it has somehow ended up to the US store. I didn't even know that Belgian accounts where different and now I am going to be locked out of the apps (12 and growing) I purchased until I create a new BE account? Do I then I have to buy my apps new?

I found an article with steps to change the language on the App and iTunes Stores:
Change your iTunes Store country
Sign in to the account for the iTunes Store region you'd like to use. Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region
Follow the onscreen process to change your region, agree to the terms and conditions for the region if necessary, and then change your billing information.

I followed Milky Mouse tip,
Go to: Settings -> iTunes & App Stores -> Apple ID -> View Apple ID -> Country/Region.
saw that my ID was UK, so that was all right, but then I saw that some of the credit card info was missing. It seems that because the iPad had no record of a UK credit card, it assumed I was a US customer [why? oh god who knows ;-)] but anyway, once my card details were in, it recognised me as being in the UK.

You can only do purchases in the country you live (home address and credit cards)
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > View My Apple ID > sign in and change country / region.
