I am from Malaysia, I have purchased iPhoto for my iPad, looking for its manual from google, found a link which point me to AppStore but in AppStore it cannot be open.
A message appear "your request could not be completed".
I am a legal user, I don't understand how I am restricted from viewing or purchasing some apps from AppStore.
I need to see this app and maybe will purchase it - please help.

And as an example , this happens when trying to install Angry birds HD , and angry birds also doesn't appear as application for iphone !

I would appreciate your support to help me figure out if this problem is solvable.
The error comes about whilst trying to download certain apps from the app store, including CSR Racing which when i tap on install a message box pops up saying "This App Is Incompatible With This iPod touch", another time for a different app it came up with a message saying "This app requires OpenGL ES 2.0 graphics capability.
Main questions:
What was achieved from the latest forces iPod touch 2g update (17/07/2012)?
solvable problem(s)?
Will i need to buy a more recent model of iPod touch if this isnt fixable?
ps. My iPod has lasted me 3 years so far so i am not suprised, still in good nick!

What happens when you try to download those apps ? You haven't got an app age restriction set in Settings > General > Restrictions on your iPad ? If you are getting an error message then what does it say ?

Hi,
I have iTunes 11.02 with fully patched OS Lion.
I want to do a clean install of my machine so I need to download all my app purchases again (Logic Pro).
I cannot see my OSX App Store purchases yet I used this machine and this iTunes account to make the purchase.
Any idea why?

Read this whole message before doing anything.
Back up all data.
Quit the App Store application if it’s running.
Step 1
Hold down the option key and select
Go ▹ Library
from the Finder menu bar. Delete the following items from the Library folder (some may not exist):
Caches/com.apple.appstore
Cookies/com.apple.appstore.plist - corrupt
Leave the Library folder open. Try the App Store again. If it works now, stop here. Close the Library folder.
Step 2
If you still have problems, quit again. Go back to the Finder and move the following items from the open Library folder to the Desktop:
Cookies/com.apple.appstore.plist
Preferences/com.apple.appstore.plist
Again, some may not exist. Test. If the App Store now works, delete the files you moved to the Desktop. Otherwise, quit again. Put back the files you moved, overwriting the newer ones that may have been created in their place, and continue.
Step 3
Log out, log in, and try again.

Cannot see some UAR configuration tasks

I am on GRC 5.3, SP9. I see some of the configuration tasks for UAR; however, I cannot see the "REJECTION REASON" screen or the "UAR LOAD DATA TASKS" screen that the configuration manual mentions. I have all of the AE role assigned to me. Could this still be a security issue or are these older screens from 5.2 that are no longer available in 5.3? If it is a security issue, does anyone know what security is missing? I thought AEADMIN had everything needed for configuration.

Never mind.... AEADMIN was missing some authorizations for UAR configuration. Once I added them, I see the config.
ManageUARLoadDataTask, ViewManageRejectionReasons, and a few others were not there. I didn't update my roles when I went to SP9 so this is probably why I am missing some.

Why can't I see some app in mac app store which i see in iPad app store

Some app (eg. youtube downloader) , I can see this app when i go to app store using my iPAD but when I go on using MacBook Pro store does not show it..
I access the same store using both devices... Why????

They are not the same stores. The App Store for iOS devices is the iTunes App Store with apps developed for the iOS , the operating system for iOS devices. The Mac App Store is the store with apps developed to run on Mac computers, which use the OS X operating system. The apps for the Mac do not run on iOS devices and the apps for iOS devices do not run on Macs.
Some developers have created versions of their apps for each of the two operating systems, but certainly not all developers. SO if the developer has not created an app for both systems you are out of luck.

I purchased LIVECAMS PRO and installed in my iPhone and iPad, now I changed my iPhone to a new one and I cannot find this app in my purchased apps.
If I try dowlonding the app again, it wants to charge me again.

Actually, the app is there, and it asks to PAY AGAIN, that was the issue, but I have just solved the problem using your first advice, as I tried a few times with different names in my account.
For example, you told me to use the same ID...
I have a ONE account, but sometimes I sign in as [email protected] and sometimes I sign in as [email protected] and sometimes I sign in as [email protected] and that made all the difference, as I tried them all and finally with [email protected] worked and gave me the opportunity to download again.

I cannot delete some apps from my Iphone.

I cannot delete certain apps from my Iphone. (Not System Apps) They are blacked out, if I press and hold the app the option is there to delete it however it does not delete. After pressing the X it says "deleting xxxx will also delete all of its data" I click delete, but nothing happens. I verified that i do not have any restrictions. Any suggestions?

It sounds like the apps may not have downloaded to your iPhone completely. I recommend trying the solution from this discussion thread first:
App updates won't download on my iPhone, they just say waiting.

Try tapping the App, so that it changes to Paused instead of Waiting, then tap it again to resume the install.
Make sure you don't have any paused downloads in other apps either, like the App Store or iTunes Store.
If that doesn't do it, try resetting or restoring the iPhone.
