that is only available in the ITunes Mexico store. My ID is only set up for purchases in the U.S.. Do I just have to make a new apple ID set up for Mexico?
You need to travel to Mexico and supply a Mexican payment method but don't need to create a new Apple ID.

ITunes voucher for some songs but want to purchase an album
I have a voucher for 3 songs and now I want to purchase an album. Is the price of 3 songs (0.99*3) just deducted from the album or won't work that at all and I can only buy single songs when I've got 3 songs for free?

Buy the 3 songs from the album via the free voucher and then use complete album-function and you do not have to pay for the 3 songs (whichs price get deducted from the album-price) -

After filling out my complete acct info in iTunes Store in order to purchase an album that exceeds the amt of my credit from a gift card, I am prompted to check with the customer support for iTunes, and it will not simply charge my credit card that I provided in full. Why do I need help? I followed the complete procedures asked to add this credit card method of Payment. What is the problem?

I have just made my appleid this morning and I was all excited to start purchasing itunes and it's like "to complete this you must call iTunes support" and i'm like okay, so I've called various numbers and I finally got hold of a human and she told me she couldn't help. I preordered an album in error that is scheduled to download next week. How do I stop it from downloading? I no longer want to purchase it.

When a pre-order item becomes available, you will receive an email letting you know your pre-order is available for download.
If you've enabled iTunes to automatically download prepurchased content, then your pre-order content may already be downloaded to your library. If not, simply click the download link provided within your email notification, and your pre-order content will begin to download. Alternatively you can use the "Check for Available Downloads" feature in iTunes on your computer by choosing Store > Check for Available Downloads to begin downloading your pre-order.
I would contact iTunes if clicking on the link did not results in it downloading to your iPod.

If you mean that you want to re-download it, then whether you can do so depends upon what country that you are in. If you are in a country where you can re-download music and it's still in the store then see if it appears under the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.

It's not for sale in the USA itunes store. Google "Skandinaviske sommerfavoritte" and it looks like you can listen to it on Grooveshark or Spotify, if you live in a country where those services exist. Another site named cdon.com looks like they are selling it:

I want to purchase a song from a particular album, but can't.
I want to purchase a song from an album that has 9 songs. However, the album on iTunes lists only 8 of them. Song #4 (the song I want to purchase) is not listed. Is this intentional? How can I purchase the song if it is not listed? (Please note it was available a few weeks ago, now it is not).
Yes the camera is on and the USB port works well. The camera appears only on Photos or Iphoto where I can not add files to the SD card, Can't see it on Finder though

I want to preorder an album but I also want to purchase (now) a song that has already been released. In the past I would, but then "complete album" later but it causes porblems with playlists (leaving prepurchased songs out and I have to manually add them to the album playlist). If I preorder the album now, do I get the already released songs now?

Purchased Ringtones Album now it wants me to purchase again.
I purchased an album of ringtones and downloaded them. When I connected my iphone it had a popup about ringtones, and I click no, thinking I could come back later and transfer and enable Ringtones. now it wants me to buy them again before transferring them to Iphone as ringtones. Talk about being dumb for not reading popup messages.
In order to make ringtones on itunes you buy the song/album/etc, then create the ringtone, then buy the ringtone.
