Easiest way with Acrobat pro, is save the Word document, then convert the document to PDF with Acrobat, rather than doing a "save as" in Word itself to PDF.
Do you have Acrobat full version or Pro?

One of my favorite things about developing for iOS using Xcode is the Simulator. It runs any of the iOS devices simulated right on your Mac. If you don't have a hardware device to test your application on, the Xcode simulator will surely be your best friend.
So to answer your question less vaguely, yes. You can own the iPhone 5s and develop for the 6. There is no real release information of the iPhone 6 at the time anyways, so I would not let it play too large of a factor in your decision.

i think it is bad new for you. if it's any consilation i went through the same thing when i loaded mountain lion when it first came out. i think the problem is that mountain lion is a pure 64bit operating system and the software you have is 32bit. earlier os's were able to emulate 32bit but the new system does not. the answer is new software. i did it and it cost me a load of money and much angst so your not alone.

In contacts section for the groups section i want to delete old groups i have on the phone and then add a new group for easy access for work contacts for calling. rather then searching each individual contact when needed. is this possible?

i currently have about 6 different groups listed on the iphone in my contact list section and i want to delete the old ones and create a new group for work puposes!
i dont want any apps all i want is something similar to my favourites list but in a group so i can just go into that work group and scroll to the person i need to call and this way seperating my personal and work contacts.
because i do alot of calls from my car i dont want to have to search my contact lists to find the right person i just want them all in a simple folder.
is this possible because if i already have groups on my iphone i should be able to delete the old ones and create a new one?

Deleting groups on the phone and creating new ones is not supported with iOS4, you'll have to do that on your computer and sync again.
Let's see if they changed that in iOS5 when it is released.

Just perform an INSERT AS SELECT and don't forget to add APPEND hint. Also, you can do it using parallelism so before that just enable DML parallel for the IAS. Below are the commands:
SQL> ALTER SESSION ENABLE PARALLEL DML;

I used to have a dot mac account as well as a mobile me account . That gave me a @me ID. All my work stationary and all printed matter as my @me ID.
Up until recently I could use both @mac and @me.
Now I CAN use @me from my laptop.
However, on my iPhone, the iCloud locks in my ID as @mac. I just cannot change it. I have written to apple and called even. All recepients of mail sent from my iPhone reply asking if I have changed my mail address and wonder if they are receiving mail from the right person. My bank just ignores all mail from @mac because they have @me registered. Too many people and too much of my stationary as @me.
I am really bothered and frustrated.
Can someone please help? I will be so grateful. HOW CAN I CHANGE MY 'DEFAULT ' ICLOUD ID FROM @mac to @me. ( I don't even know how iCloud suddenly decided to lock in with @mac!!)

the problem is really on the iPhone.
the icloud mail account set up will NOT ALLOW me to change my e mail address. It takes on @mac by default and that is that. i have twice deleted the account and reset it . No dice.
for the oddest reason Apple had decided my Apple ID is @mac. That by default is becoming the iCloud email as well. I just cannot change it.

Is there a way to set the default view for the App Store to only show Apps for iPads when the Store is launched?

I'm a new iPad owner and would like to set the default view for myself to show only Apps for the iPad when I launch the the App Store app. Showing apps for iPhone seems a waste of real estate for me and time spent searching for a particular app since I do not own an iPhone.

I think you have the hints in the wrong place - as far as I was aware, the hint had to come straight after the SELECT/UPDATE/INSERT/DELETE key word - but I could be wrong as I've never really tried it elsewhere. Also, unless the optimiser mode for your database is set to FIRST_ROWS or RULE (god help you!:), ALL_ROWS is the default behaviour.
Basically what you are trying to say is bring me back all ra_customer_trx_all rows that have purely numeric trx_numbers right?
Why, if you need to be able to represent trx_number as a number, do you have non-numeric data in there???? That's a bit dodgy isn't it?
Anyway, what about:

I am trying to find the best method to get PowerView reports into Dynamics AX. So far, I've simply created a form as ActiveX and navigated to the link to the excel file, but this is not desirable. I read that it is possible to have them embedded into Role
Centers/Enterprise Portal, but I need to have PowerView in "SharePoint" mode.
What are the differences between SharePoint mode and Office 365? Is there no way to export the PowerViews to PowerPoint or as Menu Items from Office 365?
Also, any information or tips on integrating PowerViews/Power BI with Dynamics AX would be great!

Power View comes in two different flavors:
1. Power View as an Excel add-in (free with Excel 2013 Professional Plus)
If you have Office 365 with Power BI enabled, you can create visualizations(Charts etc) in Excel using Power View and publish them to a Power BI site which lets you share, view, and interact with reports. At the time of this posting, there is no way
to export a Power View Report (created in Excel) to Power Point.
2. Power View, as a Reporting Services(SSRS) Add-in for SharePoint Server(Enterprise Edition).
If you don't have Office 365(with Power BI), you can still publish Power View reports(created in Excel) to an on-premise SharePoint site.You can definitely
