HT204266 In app transaction did not go through properly - but I still got billed

I attempted to buy chips for a casino app.  It said my transcaction was not successful, but days later the money was debited from my account.  I never received the chips from this app and I'm out of the money.  How to I get the money returned to my account. The app is called Slotomania

    I purchased 900 donuts in The Simpons Tapped out, and it charged me, yet none of them showed up in game, and subsiquently did not allow me to load the game.   • Firefox crashes the second I purchase on Ebay. When Firefox reopens, it brings me to the purchase page again making me think the transaction did not go through. Later I find out the transaction did go through.

    This is all very confusing and frustrating. You recommended that I install the latest updates for:
    1. Shockwave Flash security (but do not tell me the number for the latest update)
    2. Java Plug-In version 1.6.0_07
    3. Flash version 10.0
    However, you do not tell me how install these. I also woke up early so I could access your Chat service from 6:00 - 7:00 am Pacific time but it is not available. I have also not been able to find a contact phone number to get my problem resolved. I regularly purchase on ebay and have had this problem for all 3 purchases I made in the last week. I need to purchase several other items in the next few weeks before I leave the country for 2 months. I need to get this problem resolved immediately.   • Hard disk CRASHED - did not save domain file but website still running...

    My macbook harddisk died a sudden and horrible death recently. (Yes, horrors...) Among other things, I did not backup my website domain file, but my website is stil in existence... Does anyone have any idea if I can import my website back into my new empty harddrive? I used iWeb to build the website.

    new one with a new name?
    You can't update it with iWeb. You can use other editors to modify it, you can link to it from other pages, and you can build a new one using the text and graphics from the old one. There's no need to have a new name unless you want to keep the old one there. Of course if you do build a new one, make a backup copy of the Domain file.

  • My adobe creative cloud single app cancellation did not go through!

    Early last month I called to cancel my Adobe Creative Cloud single application account (Acrobat) and was told that the account was cancelled. Then, a couple days ago I saw on my bank statement that I am still being charged for the account. I can't get through on the phone to talk to someone about this and the chat support is busy also.     This solution is for those of you using 2-step verification for your Apple ID and are using iCloud as the mail server that you are trying to mail photos with.
    I too had this issue. The problem in my case occurred because I had setup 2-step authentication for my Apple ID. If you have done this then you will get the error message "the mail server did not recognize your email/password...". To solve the problem go to:
    https://appleid.apple.com
    Click "Manage Your Apple ID"
    Verify your identity with the device you selected (if this step does not show up then you have not likely set up 2-step authentication and this is not your solution)
    Click Password and Security in the left column
    Click Generate an app-specific password
    Enter iPhoto as the name of the app
    Copy the password and paste this into the password box in iPhoto where you would normally enter your apple ID (in the mail account section in iPhoto preferences).
    And...voila' (I hope)

    My problem is that the iStore does not want to accept the new card that I have received. How do I pay for the last incomplete billing which did not go through because the credit card was stolen and was blocked before the store can deduct the subscription fees??

    Are you able to email from Mail with those two accounts?  If so:
    1 - go to iPhoto's Accounts preference pane and delete both accounts. Now add them back and try again.
    2 - a better solution IMO is to set Mail as the email client for iPhoto is iPhoto's General preference pane.  This gives you better access to your contacts, a sent copy of all emails and, if you want a layout similar to iPhoto's, photo layouts located in Mail's stationary.

    Since I updated my iphone none of my music that I did not purchase through itunes no longer works on my iphone.  It is weird, the music is on the iphone but in gray and the iphone does not recognize it.  The only songs that I could play are my songs that I downloaded on my phone that were purchased through itunes. 
    Another error: When I purchase a new song on itunes it doesn't put the song in my purchased playlist like it used too.  In order for me to play that song I just purchased I have to go back to the itunes store and play it directly from the place I purchased it from which is super annoying.
    Frankly I am really disappointed with the constant errors from upgrades that should be "Up grades" Not "down grades".  Not sure why is going on but not seems to work the same anymore.  Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with my iphone music?

    Imap: google, hotmail, and more including icloud.
    If you want to use multiple devices - move to imap, I would even say "exchange", but Google does not support free exchange anymore, since January of that year. So Ironically  Icloud or Hotmail would be my choices right now.

    Then your family members will probably have bought their ipads with a data plan from some phone company like AT&T in the States. Maybe they even got it "sponsored", because they bought a data plan with it.
    If you bought your "iPad only" from a hardware seller, you will have to get a data plan from some phone company. Seems like you only bougth the hardware! You can still use your ipad, however, and if you have an iPhone, you do not even need a sim card in your iPad, because it can use your iPhone's data plan.
    That is what I did. I save the extra money for the 3G version, because with an iPhone 4 there is no need for an own sim Card in an iPad.
