The password you are entering is probably wrong. Or someone has hacked your account and changed your password. Visit https://appleid.apple.com and verify that your ID and password are correct.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

okay so last night i went to charge my ipod in the computer and it started working then i took it out of the computer and put it on a wall charger and it had a spasm attack and shut itself down, after that it said i had to connect it to itunes so when i did it kept telling me that i need to restore my ipod, but when i press restore the itunes said "the contact server is not avalible" or something similar to that, what does that actually mean and is there anyway i can fix my ipod. i have dropped my ipod a few times, on tiles, wood, in a gutter of water when it fell out my pocket but im also wondering is it something to do with my ipod or is it itunes?

Email won't set up - keeps saying I need to update account password

Can anyone help please.
I have tried everything I can to set up email from my Passport.
I have a pop account and am using Windows 8 on my lap top. I get mails to the lap top and have sync the contacts and calender (created back up file) but when I try to set up email, I put the existing account details for the server etc and it keeps coming back with 'your email account can't be set up right now, please try later' then I get a mail message syaing my account needs to be updated with a password.
I have two email accounts, one at Tiscali and one on our own server.
Any ideas??

i brought iphone 4s of one of my boyfriends mates and . his mate got it of some guy . but when we got it i didnt relise u need to enter icloud id and password . i have restore it .. but i cant get through it can anyone help me .
There is no possible way to bypass the activation lock. The Apple ID and password are required.

I just bought a Macbook Pro about a month ago and right out of the box iPhoto and Garage band needed updates on the app store but when I click to update them it says I need to buy them, but theyre already installed on the computer. how do I update them without purchase or get rid of the update symbol??
If you go to the App Store and look under Purchases - or Updates - you should see iPhoto, Garageband, etc. You can install updates from there.

Okay. Guess you can't read that. But whenever I turn on my iPod, I have to type in my email password, but whenever I type the correct one in, it doesn't register with my iPod and now I can't do anything because the pop-up notification won't close.
Same problem for me.
1. Cannot connect to wifi as icloud password pop up keeps appearing.
2. tried deleting account. UNable to do so.
3. tried resetting password by logging into apple id through desktop as mentioned in one of the responses in another thread. Unfortunately the apple id to be reset is the same as being prompted by icloud and hence unable to reset the same.
Feel like breaking the **** ipad into bits. Stupid of apple to let such a bug in and not offer support !! -

please help!If you've forgotten the passcode and it's now locked then you will need to connect the iPad to the computer that you normally sync to and you should then be able to reset the iPad and re-sync your content to it (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212) , and you may need to put the iPad into recovery mode : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808

Instead of an OTA upgrade try doing an upgrade from iTunes on your computer. In this way a large portion of the upgrade will be on you computer instead of your iPhone.

I receive many e-mails with zipped files. I can no longer open or unzip my files. A window welcoming me to Application Loader drops down. It prompts for an iTunes Connect login, but will no accept my iTunes login. I have no way to open or unzip my files. Help!!!!
Application Loader, unless there's another one I'm not familiar with, is part of the iOS SDK. That have usurped the .zip, or you may have removed that application but your Mac is still holding onto the mapping of Zip files to that application. Select a .zip file in Finder, Get Info, and go to the Open with section. Select Archive Utility and click Change All. That should fix the problem.

Making Apps is not simple. It is a lot of work. Especially if you are doing it as an individual, like myself.
The iOS Developer Program is $99/yr. Same, separate price for the Mac Developer Program. The Safari Developer Program is free, however, but the only "apps" that can make you are webapps. (From the days of iPhone OS 1, before the App Store!)
You can hire a Developer with a Paid Account, but I suggest using iWeb and making a website. You could even use an online website editor to make a mobile version that can be added to the home screen and looks like an app. Or get fancy and use Adobe Dreamweaver.
