My ear pods are broken and I got them in January, but when i paid for them, the woman never gave me a receipt, she just gave me my change. Can i still exchange them?

    Your Apple Earpods are covered under the same warranty as your iPhone 5, so I would recommend for you take them to your local Apple Store (might want to bring your phone as well so they can check your warranty) and have the Geniuses there examine and exchange them.

    Mine is doing the same thing. Whenever I plug it into power the screen lights up a little. if I press to reset it gets a little brighter for a second and then turns off. I thought the battery was dead so I tried charging it overnight and when I got up it was really hot.

    Apple Store genius bar will handle all warranty and or service issues regardless where you purchased from
    as long as they were purchased in UK from a legitimate source and are UK stock

    the iPhone 5 has 12 month warranty and the ear pods are covered by the same warranty
    I can hardly believe wht you have posted Goi back and if you get the same response speak to the duty manager

    Apps for OSX aren't in iTunes: they are in the App Store in your Applications folder. The payment method is the one registered in iTunes. There's no app actually called Yoga Studio, though there are several Yoga apps. There is an iOS app called Yoga Studio but it appears to have no OSX equivalent, though I haven't done a detailed search.

  • My right ear pod is not making as much noise as the left ear pod

    With no damage at all to the head phones, one of the ear pieces is not working as good as the other. In this case left is louder than right. Before this pair of ear pods I had the same issue with the pair before, except that time, it was my left not making as much noise. I'm sure it's in properly and there is no damage, but why has the headphone gotten worse!?

    connect the headset to a computer or another device which have a mini jack connector like the iphone
    to see if the issue is there too
    and or connect another mini jack headset (most headsets are) to the phone
    one or both of these 2 things should show you if your headset or your phone is broken
    warrenty covered everthing in the box phone and headset

  • IPod touch audio issue: why do I only get sound from one channel in my ear-pods?

    After upgrading my brand new iPod touch 5th generation to IOS 6.1.2 I only get sound from the right channel of my ear-pods.
    I did not have this issue with IOS 6.1.1. Is this a problem derived from new IOS? Any idea on how to solve it?

    Have you tried other headphones? If you confirmned it is an iPod problem:
    - Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so.
    Try the following to rule out a software problem
    - Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost
    Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Reset all settings
    Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
    All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
    - Restore from backup
    - Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
    - Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. Seems you have a bad headphone jack.

    Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for this price. They do not fix yours.

    I've find the reason that the ear pods no sound or sound small.
    It's the mesh guard hole are too small that the earwax fix the small hole will make ear pods no sound.

    Were can I buy the parts? is it too difficult to change them?

    Hi geny,
    I understand the cartridge door latch has broken.
    I will be happy to help you.
    This is a older model so you might not be able to get that part replaced.
    I have provided the HP Parts Surfer. It doesn't look like a replaceable part.
    If you can get it to connect and tape the door shut so the printer recognizes the door is closed, you might still be able to still use the printer.

    It looks like forum lists are broken, i.e. the two buttons to the left of the "Font family" drop down menu.

    and

    points
    are broken

    It would seem that the bullet point formatting (numbers or text bullet points) are working, however are displayed depending what device or browser your using.
    This would also be a Lithium issue and not a BT Retail forum issue as the forum is operated and built by Lithium. The Mods would probably need to raise a ticket with lithium for them to have a look at this

    E-mail messages sent, are received not in the paragraph-form as sent, but are broken-up into small segments, one line finely printed, the next line may appear with two or three words printed on it, then the next line will show a few words at the end of it, while the next line appears as the start of another paragraph, and so on and on and on. So that the original message, although sent in the one paragraph-form, winds up being received as several paragraphs, each broken up into several segments. My contacting Apple has produced no solution thus far. I am new at this computer

    My HDR & Photomerge are broken!
    Recently the functions for moving multiple images into HDR & Photomerge via Tools and Automate is not working. When I try I get dialog boxs that are incorrect and the software will not allow it.
    I've update, removed added items from Photoshop, have plenty of memory devoted to Photoshop, spent hours working with Adobe tech, now waiting for an answer from them takes 72 hours.
    Has anyone else experienced this and have you found a solution?

    Adobe CS6 Beta -Crash
    Steps:
    Select 3 images in LR3.6 > Edit in Merge to HDR Pro in Photoshop (CS6)
    In CS6:
    select Preset > Saturated
    Check Remove Ghosts, select EV0 image, and Edge Smoothness
    Click OK
    This works the first time I do an HDR but the second time I do it without closing down CS6 I get this error message:
    I also tried it without using the Edge Smoothness and got the same message.
    Opening files from within CS6 instead of LR3.6 gave the following error the 2nd time I did an HRD:
    I have Vista64, 12GB RAM, a dedicated partition for the scratch file, 97GB free with only 3.6GB used by CS6.
