I'm trying to purchase an app and during the buying process it prompts me to "contact itunes support". Where do I call to speak to a live agent and not a computer. I can't seem to find any information on the FAQs either.

Ive downloaded fifa 13 and in want to buy fifa points but when i purchase them it says contact itunes support. I have got apple id credit and a valid credit card payment on my accout but it still wont let me purchase it. What is the problem?

i recieved a gift certificate for christmas for the US iTunes store. To redeem my code iTunes promts me to create a US iTunes account. This I'd done and at the payment details I filled in any details and selected "none" as payment method. Entered the certificate code and iTunes shows me a little red box that says "please contact iTunes support to complete the transaction"
please help! what should i do?Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them.

Two days ago the purchase was success but today, they said unable to purchase and to contact iTunes support. I'm sure that my credit card is valid.

After filling out my complete acct info in iTunes Store in order to purchase an album that exceeds the amt of my credit from a gift card, I am prompted to check with the customer support for iTunes, and it will not simply charge my credit card that I provided in full. Why do I need help? I followed the complete procedures asked to add this credit card method of Payment. What is the problem?

I am trying to buy Fanta Points in a game called Fantasica, however, when I try to make a purchase, after I am prompted to give my Apple ID and password, it gives the message, "Please contact iTunes Support to complete this transaction." I don't understand why I get this message, because I am able to make one purchase, but when I try to make another, that is when I'm prompted and am no longer able to make any purchases for several days. Is there any way to fix this without me having to pay the $20 cost of calling iTunes support?

I can't set up new apple ID for my IPAD 2. Whenever I try to create new account, it will always say I should contact ITunes Support. Please what should I do. I need your prompt response. Tans in anticipation.

Renting a movie requires to contact iTunes Support - why that?
I was just trying to rent a movie ('Priest') when suddenly a prompt told to contact the iTunes Support to finalize the transaction. That's queer.. So I have just posted a message to the support team but did anyone experience a similar issue?
