There seems to be a problem with the Apple Calendar. It crashes whenever I change to March 2013 in the monthly view. Have tried everyting, including shutting off everything. Am running the latest OS and have gone through all the updates. Anyone else experiencing the same?

Do you have a smaller capacity micro SD card to try? I seem to remember from past posts that users were having problems with cards larger than 32GB, however, Apple's page doesn't mention this.

The ipad safari on facebook will echo characters on the search feature. Please fix this STUPID error! At the least, investigate it and come to a suitable response. Stupid things like this are making me lose faith and interest in Apple products.

Apple, please fix this bug. Sending scanned images to "Pictures" is not what I want nor what I was able to do in every previous operation system. I want to save all scanned items in a specific folder - NOT "PICTURES" Please fix this bug NOW!
I only use Image Capture, so I can't speak for other software.

Connecting external drive crashes iMovie 8 - Apple please fix this!
If I have external drives connected when I start iMovie 8 it will crash when it tries to index them.
Also if I have no drives connected and iMovie 8 running, the program will crash as soon as I connect a drive.
Apple, please fix this! I need to use external drives for storing of my videos.Are your external drives formatted as Mac OS Extended / HFS+ ..? They should be.
If they aren't, you'll have to remove whatever's already stored on them, and then re-format them using Applications>Utilities>Disk Utility. You can then put back what was stored on them.
(P.S: I have NO crashes using iMovie '08 and any correctly-formatted external FireWire drives. I don't use external USB drives, as they're not fast enough for the sustained read/write speeds which video requires.) -
This is not an acceptable solution. I cannot ask my customers to change the formatting of their email. Please fix this.
Is it coming through as a winmail.dat file ? If it is then you could try one of the winmail.dat apps from the store and see if that works with it.
Or is it coming through as a PDF but isn't downloading, opening or displaying correctly ? If so then is just the one PDF, all PDFs, from one sender ? Have you tried closing the Mail app via the taskbar and seeing if the PDF opens/displays when you re-open the app ? From the home screen (i.e. not with the Mail app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar. -

I am getting tired of having to try an remember what episode of my shows I was on! I'm an avid anime watcher who queues up whole series' on my iPod Touch 3g 32GB and go to watch 12 episodes or so, connect the iPod, disconnect, go back to series, pow! they all report they are unwatched! Btw, I use Manually Manage Music settings, not auto sync.
Same thing with my music. I know I have listened to one song at least 40 times, and still the play count is at 2. Because iTunes remembers to count it but can't remember to count the iPod's count when it counts.
This is probably a REALLY EASY FIX, you guys are just so lazy to not fix this problem and say that Apple products have the best customer support?! If you want to boast that please fix the simple problems! I have a 70 episode series I'm starting soon and I don't want to have to right down where I left off.

Why does App Store keep crashing!!! It's completely ****!! I am going to buy an android phone if they don't fix this immediately!!!
Basics from the user guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new. I'll bet you've not tried any or all of these basic steps.
BTW, we're users, here, not Apple. So threating to buy an android phone not only makes you look like an idiot, but none of us users on this forum really give a **** what you do. -

I JUST bought an app store card for my ipad 2 and was about to mnake my first purchase when the security question came up. it has been so long since i put these in so i guessed 3 times and i am now locked out! APPLE is located in the US so there closed now. If MY money is being used this service should be avalible 24/7, OR the rescue email should unlock the account but 8 hours?? are you kidding me! I want to spend money and your not letting me.

Hey Apple, please fix this data connection bug before I go insane!!
On my second iPhone 4s now and it is doing the same thing as my first. Throughout the day, especially when I am in the car (and presumably switching between towers), my phone drops from 3G to the little "o" symbol which means 2G. This is on Verizon's network. I have tried EVERYTHING under the sun to fix this, resetting network settings, erasing all data and setting up as a new phone, doing a factory restore, etc. Tried it on both phones and nothing fixed it. I called Apple and they tried to blame Verizon, but that is BS because my wife also has a 4S and hers has not done it a SINGLE time. When we are driving together, mine drops to the "o" constantly and hers NEVER does. Ever. The funny thing is that if I go to airplane mode and switch it on and back off, my phone IMMEDIATELY picks up the 3G connection again, indicating that this isn't some physical problem with the antenna or reception. It also does it when I am not holding the phone, so I know it isn't my hand attenuating the signal. I have done a lot of research and seen many many other people having this issue, with some people now on their 4th replacement phone and still having the problem. This is a software bug and needs to be addressed! My Android phones never had this issue,
I have the black 32GB and got it on the first day they were released, although my replacement phone was picked up just before Christmas. I don't want to bother with another replacement because I'm pretty certain it will just do the same thing these past two have been doing.Restore the phone as a new device. Do NOT restore your backup. See if that clears it up. If it did it with your first phone and the replacement, it's reasonable to assume that you restored the replacement from the backup of the original. If something was corrupt, it would have been contained in that backup, transferring the problem to the new phone.

IPhones Safari keeps crashing Apple please fix this.
I know there is another top posted about this... if you google the 3 words... "iPhone, Safari, and Crash" in google or yahoo search hundreds of results of people complaining and apple still hasn't acknowledged the problem. I used the 1st generation iPhone for a year. My girlfriend still uses a 1st gen iPhone. I now use the iPhone 3g and I bought it in hopes that apple fixed how often safari crashes. Safari crashes all the time while loading a page safari will just launch me back to the home screen. This happens on 100% of everybody's iPhone I have ever tested. It happens mostly in forums while typing such as this one. I tried and failed twice to post in this forum with my iPhone because safari crashed and it was so frustrating. I have had an Iphone now for a year and a half and my girlfriend has as well. It is time you recognize this problem apple and do something about it. If you don't believe me log on to this very forum and reply to this message with your iPhone and see if it doesn't lag until you are just about frozen and then kick you back to the home screen. Apple I give you until December to fix this problem. Otherwise I will ebay my phones and then buy either the LG Dare, Samsung Instinct, T-mobiles new Google Android phone, or a windows mobile. PLEASE FIX SAFARI
The only reason I thought the new iphone would make some sort of difference is because in other maps such as SMS/MAPS/SETTINGS/AIM/MYSPACE mobile and many more the screen runs smoother and is more responsive. I have compared it to my 1st gen iPhone, my friends iPhone, and my girls iPhone. The new 3g just glides through everything a little smoother so I hoped maybe safari was more stable on the new platform. I was wrong. Regardless SAFARI should work perfectly on both iPhones that is, to alot of people, the most important application of all. It crashes more than any other 10 fold.

ATTENTION APPLE - PLEASE FIX THIS BUG !!!
I know Apple knows of the issue when working with 720p 24p material generated from a HVX200 camera. For instance if I add a title over the media then render ... it jumps my original material 1-3 frames ahead. Its worse when you add a cross dissolve .... it jumps 2-3 frames in resulting in a "hick-up" effect. I guess people have found a work around by re-importing everything and I guess re-cutting stuff but this should'nt be the solution. The SOLUTION should be that Apple fixes this issue ASAP! No?
That is the exact solution I gave you over the phone. They did a few things differently (and I find better, as a matter of fact) but in essence it is what I adviced you to do.
This is the learning curve. This is why you never EVER update mid project. This is a lesson. One that you will never forget. I can't tell you how many times something has happened during an upgrade that caused problems...so often that everywhere I work people won't do anything until projects are done. Unless they need to upgrade to fix something, and if that fixes it but causes a new problem, then you have to deal with it and put in man hours to fix it.
And no, you cannot bill Apple. If Avid was hit with the hours of pain and reworking it caused, it would have gone out of business long ago.
And this is a case of "take responsibility for you actions." You chose to upgrade mid project, even though we have advised against it numerous times on this board in hundreds of threads...and on other FCP boards as well. Just because you didn't know not to, doesn't make Apple liable for your mistake. It was a mistake...and one you have to fix. This happens. Mistakes happen all the time, and I have made my fair share of doozies. But I don't blame Avid or Apple for them. I may yell and scream at them, but it was my mistake for not knowing that what I did was what I wasn't supposed to do.
