Unable to Buy Skype Credit!

I have just tried to buy Skype Credit, but the system
tells me that I have reached my monthly credit limit,
this I don't understand, I didn't know that there was
any limits on purchases.
This block is from Skype, I have tried 2 different cards
and also PayPal, everyone was rejected.
I really need to call Bolivia every day and now I am
unable to do so.
How can I get this block removed?

I am unable to buy on itunes as I live in France and use an English credit card which is registeredwh to my French address. itunes UK don't like the French address, itunes France don't like the English credit card. Any ideas on how to buy?

Go to a place in France and purchase an iTunes gift card. You should be able to use that in the French iTunes store if you have a French address associated with your iTunes account.

I would like to ask one question. As a firm we would like to purchase a credit for skype because now we are unable to call anyone. When buying a credit this window with warning appears: You are currently restricted from purchasing services or redeeming vouchers. Please contact Customer support to review your account status.
Please would you be so kind and let me know how to solve this kind of problem?

If you see a dialog telling you the app is not avaiable, then it's not available.
And keep in mind, your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.

Make sure you are purchasing from the appropirate App Store.
Click Categories from the menu top of the App Store window.
Now click the round flag icon bottom right corner of the window to select the correct country.
By the way, your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside in order to make purchases.

Storage at iCloud doesn't make more room on your iPad.
Extra storage (over the base 5 GB's) would only be useful if you were backing up your iPad data to iCloud. You can already backup to your computer using iTunes. Restoring is much faster than iCloud.

I have a similar problem, Skype tells me everything is fine with my account but it isn't, I can't purchase additional credit and I'm running out!
I've been using Skype for longer than I care to remember all over the world, then Microsoft came along...lots of advertsing banners...lots of tinkereing which the say "will improve our experiance" (offensive text removed).

Like you guy's I have been trawling through the discussion boards for an answer - well I got bored, so decided to have a play with my network settings....and it bloody worked! Can now download etc.
So, give this a go...
Control Panel > Network and Sharing Centre > Media Sharing > turn it on
And that was it! All worked perfectly after that!
Hope it works for you too.
