Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. you can try this: boot your MacBook Pro into Recovery mode by holding down a Command key and the R key as it starts up. Once the Mac OS X Utilities menu appears, select Disk Utility. On the left-hand side of the Disk Utility window, select your internal disk’s boot partition (typically called “Macintosh HD”). On the right-hand side, press the Verify Disk button if it’s not greyed out; if it is greyed out, or if it reports that errors were found, press the Repair Disk button. Once the verification/repair is completed, exit Disk Utility and select Restart from the Apple menu to restart in normal mode. Does it still freeze after a few minutes? -

To sync an iOS 7 device you need to be running iTunes 11.1.1; iTunes 10.6 is way too old and won't work. You need to install iTunes 11.1.1, but to do that you need to be running at least Mac OS X 10.6.8.
So you need to do the following:
1. Upgrade your Mac to at least OS X 10.6.8 (later preferably, but 10.6.8 at the miniumum).
a. Check first to see if your model Mac can be upgraded, check that it has enough RAM and so forth (2GB at the least, more if possible).
b. If you can't upgrade your Mac, or don't want to, then you will have to buy a new Mac with the latest version of OS X (currently 10.8.5, soon to become 10.9) and iTunes 11.1.1
2. Install iTunes 11.1.1 on your newly upgraded Mac.
3. Sync your iOS 7 iPhone with iTunes. -

I can not get my Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 organize to open. The edit option comes up with no problem, but will crash when I try to access organize. What should I do to fix this problem?

Which operating system are you running on?
Try starting the organizer while holding down the shift key. Hopefully, it should load the Catalog Manager.
Select your current catalog and click on the Repair button. Once it has finished, click on the Open button to see if the catalog opens.

My FaceTime won't connect. Every time I try to call my friend it says connecting. Then unable to connect. Or lost connection. And when I go to our FaceTime history it said "FaceTime answered on another device." What can I do to fix this problem? We always used to FaceTime. And now all of the suddenly we can't.

I am using a Canon 640 printer and my MPNavigator will not remain open. It pops open then quickly closes. I've used it for several years but it just started doing this. What can I do to fix this problem?
I had a similar problem with a Canon MP800R under Mac OS X 10.9.2 Mavericks.
In my case, the MP Navigator app in the dock was linking to the wrong file.
It linked to Applications > MP Navigator 2.1.app > Contents > Resources > MP Navigator.app, but it should link to the "main" app, probably under Applications > MP Navigator 2.1.app.
After pulling the correct MP Navigator app file to the dock, I can start MP Navigator again by clicking on it in the dock. However, when clicking on it, a second MP Navigator icon will show up in the dock and stay there until the app is closed. By the way, the MP800R scanner also works (although officially not supported by Canon). -
Using "Pages" as my word processor I can not print a Standard page. Trying to print several copies of a single page gives me every thing parented back to back. What do I do to fix this? (Using iMac OS 10.9.1 and Canon iP4200 printer)
You have Duplexing turned on. Turn it off.
This is to do with your Printer Driver and has nothing to do with Pages.

I use windows vista and I have upgraded my itunes. Now when I open it, it gives me a message saying "itunes has stopped working" and then gives me a message saying it will notify me for a solution. What can I do to fix this so it can open and not give me any more problems???

Try restarting PC and run itunes again!
If error again than perform clean instal of itunes (uninstal first and than instal again)! -

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Try disabling your parental controls. Does that help with the 450?

I'm having a huge issue with itunes locating my missing files..and it's too many for me to locate 1 by 1..It says I'm missing over 3,000 songs and They are all in my music folder..What can I do to fix this issue? I've looked at all the tutorials on youtube and none of it works.
