Every time I send an iMessage I have to restart my phone as it freezes and wipes all my messages?
Each time I send a message/iMessage it sends but then I do not receive a reply and the app freezes, deleting all my messages. Therefore, I have to restart the phone each time I send a message. I don't know how to stop this issue as it has happened on both the iPhone 4S and iPhone 5S.
If you used the latest backup after setting it up as new, try again, this time without using the backup, in case it contains corrupt data.
If still no luck, you'll have to get it checked by visiting an Authorized Appel Service Provider, Apple Store or by contacting Apple Support.

I can receive emails, but I cannot send emails. This just started happening. I have an iPhone and I can send emails from my phone fine. It's just not working on my Macbook. Every time I try to send an email it goes straight to my outbox. Can anyone help?
Thank you for heading me in the right direction. I reset my Mail account for Outgoing Mail Server to outbound.att.net:(customer ID)@att.net (instead of smtp.att.yahoo.com, per Apple's online troubleshooting information). I'm not sure what "(Offline)" means when it appears at the end of my Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)?? In the Advanced box I clicked on "Use custom port: 465" and checked "Use Secure Sockets Layer." Authentication: Password; I have correct User Name and Password put in. After doing all this, when I try to send emails again today, they go directly to the Outbox and sit there.
What's curious is that my first sent email this morning did go out using the Outgoing Mail Server, smtp.att.yahoo.com: (customer ID)@att.net(Offline) but subsequent emails I tried to send with this server were rejected with the message: "Cannot send message using the server smtp.att.yahoo.com (etc.). The SMTP server doesn't support TLS(SSL) on port 587. Verify your account settings and try again." That's when I tried resetting my Outgoing Mail Server to outbound.att.net (etc.), as mentioned above, and was unsuccessful in sending out any further emails. I guess my next step is to contact my email service provider, AT&T, and see if they can help me. Thanks, again, for taking the time to respond and for giving me your input! Much appreciated! -
I was backing up my iphone by changing the location of library because i don't have enough space.My phone was taking too long to copying file so i can celled it.the data is stored in desired location . And now i can't delete that back up.

My iphone wont connect to itunes on my macbook after I have already synced it. I am running the lastest itunes 10.4 and I have tried restarting both phone and mac. Can anyone suggest what I can do?
You will have to put your phone into recovery mode and restore the phone as new. Since you don't have a back up, you will lose all the data on your phone but you will be able to use it again.

I am trying to send photos to another iPhone user, however, every time I try to send it I get a prompt telling me that iMessage has to be enabled. I go into setting and iMessage is enabled but it will not send the photos in iMessage or otherwise.

If my iphone, ipad, MAC and macbook pro are all linked, and then I upgrade only my ipone to IOS 7.0, does that have an effect on the linking to my other MAC products. It seems my calendar has lost a lot of information since the upgrade.
If you purchased Lion for your iMac, just log into the Mac App Store from your MacBook using the Apple ID under which you purchased Lion and go to the Purchases page. You will be able to download and install Lion there.
searching the internet i found a link to upgrtade to 10.7
The only place you get get Lion is from the Mac App Store. If you found some other site, that was an illegal copy and almost certainly tied to someone else's Apple ID and hence unusable by you. If the link was just to the Mac App Store, see above.
As to the problem with synchronization to iCloud, that's not a 10.6 question, so I'd suggest you take up that specific issue in either the Lion or iCloud forums, providing full details, and someone there can probably help you sort things out.

Mail freezes when I try to send a group an attachment from contacts
I tried to send an e-mail group located in my Contacts app a .pdf attachment but the Mail app freezes and does not send the e-mail. When I manually input the e-mail addresses and try to send the same attachment the e-mail goes through just fine. Has anyone had the same problem trying to send a Contacts group an attachment?
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select
SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ All Messages
from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then take an action that isn't working the way you expect. Select any lines that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.
The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of which is irrelevant to solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.
Please don't indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
Please don't post screenshots of log messages—post the text.
Some private information, such as your name or email address, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting. -
When i delete my conversations on my iphone 4s my messages will not send, then i restart my phone and yhe are all back, what can i do about this?
Same way it works with any computer...when you delete something, the data isn't actually deleted, just the pointers to the data. As you use your device, the data gets overwritten, since the iOS views it as "free" space..
If you want the data truly gone, you need to erase your phone. Same way it works on any computer. -
My Iphone 4s never restarted after installing the latest upgrade. I understand this is called the recovery loop. It will not restart after going through the recovery process in itunes. What do I do as the phone is completely dead to all intents and purposes. What on earth do I do???
Try and put it DFU mode and do a manual install, as outlined in the link below.

My iPhone 3GS keeps freezing when I try opening a text.
I have an iPhone 3GS which I updated to iOS 5 a few days ago.
The update has been fine up until now.
When I receive a text or email notification, I "slide to read" and as soon as I slide the button across to the right the iPhone freezes and I have to hold down the home button and lock button for it to restart.
It has done this 5 times now.
Any ideas as to why this is happening?Try restoring the phone. Do a backup of your data on iTunes by syncing it to iTunes (or right click your iPhone and click backup) and then do a restore by clicking "restore". Do not disconnect the iPhone until it is done. After it is done, iTunes will prompt you if you want to restore from backup. Click your backup and let it run through it's process again. See how that works. It just could be a software issue.
