Thank you for replying. Unfortunately, I already did all of these things. As you can see from the below screenshot, the language is already set. Also, this screenshot was taken in Safe Mode, so NoScript is not enabled. About:accounts still says I need to enable cookies for some reason. So, this solution didn't work.... -
Timezone keeps jumping back to GMT??

I live in Denmark and want to set my date/time-preferences accordingly - it's Central European Summer Time (CEST) +0200 UTC.
I've set it to adjust time/date automatically to "Apple - Europe". But every time I choose "Copenhagen - Denmark" under "Timezone" and quit the preferences, the timezone keeps jumping back to "GMT".
What can I do?
This constant time-displacement of two hours is messing with my iCal and Mail time settings as well. So the problem is kind of urgent!
I hope you can help me.

"Use the Finder's "Go to Folder..." command to open the /etc folder and drag the localtime folder to the trash. You will need to authenticate as an admin to do this. Then just open System Preferences and set Date and Time settings.
It appears that this only happens in a migration to Leopard, but I can not be sure.

My playlist keeps jumping back
I will be listening to a playlist on my iPhone 4s for a few songs and then pause. A few hours later I will come back to the music App and press play, but it will start playback from the song that I started with last time. So I have to skip any number of songs to get back to where I left off on the playlist. It does this with playlists or when I listen to my entire library on shuffle. Sometimes it keeps jumping back to the same song, no matter how many times I've paused and restarted. Every once in a while it will remember where I left off, but 9 times out of 10 it does not. This is really annoying since I want to listen to the whole playlist, but have to keep skipping through songs to get back to where I was without having to listen to repeats. Any ideas?
I have the same problem on my iPhone 5S, and it is annoying. There may be a fix, however. Go to the Control Center, it seems you can start your playlist where you left off. I'd prefer to be able to do it in Music.app, or at least to have a preference that lets me continue where I left off in the playlist.
Another thing I noticed. When you add albums to a playlist, it seems the "add all songs" button is missing. That's kind of annoying when the album has lots of songs. -

Basic troubleshooting is reset, restart, restore.

Then I have to re confurm my membership every other time I run a bit of the CS6 Cloud suit.
Screens vary from 1 day lef to buy now, I click licence software and log in to the cloud then it seems happy for a wile.

My iphoto keeps jumping back to last import, I am using photo's in a event and if I click on anything on my desk top it flips out fo the event I am in and jumps back to last import please help
Close iPhoto and open the iPhoto Library package as shown in this screenshot:
Look inside the Auto Import folder and move whatever you find to the Desktop. Do not many any other changes.
Launch iPhoto and it should not jump back to the last import smart album. If there are any image files that you moved to the Desktop that you want and are not in the library then reimport them. -

Your apps are crashing. Try some basic troubleshooting steps and see if they help at all.
Quit all apps completely and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Restart the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Or .... Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Start with those two things and see if the apps quit crashing - or see if the crashes are less frequent. -
My trackpad is freaking out. It is clicking constantly, sluggish, won't let go of things once it's 'grabbed' it. It's been happening for 24 hours on and off, and right now it's so bad it's difficult to type because the curser keeps jumping back words. To my knowlege nothing's happened to the machine. I've checked for updates and there hasn't been any trama or anything. Is this a known problem with trackpads? What can I do? If I bring it down to the store will they need to replace the machine?
Advice?I usually use my laptop while lying in bed, so it's tilted at odd angles. I've just noticed that this problem happens when I'm in that position but when I put the laptop on a table or even just sit up and use it's fine. ***.

Let's get you snapping those sports moments. Does any other camera mode stay on consistently or do you have to change it everytime. It sounds like it will allow you to take one photo and then it reverts back to normal.

I am trying to connect to apple support and it keeps asking me to put in the SN of my MAC and when i do it says that the SN is invalid I am putting in the SN from about this mac and it is the same as the one on the bottom of the MAC any ideas ?
Did you purchase this product direct from Apple online, in an Apple Store, or through a third-party authorized reseller? Or did you buy it from an original owner whose Applecare plan was supposed to be transitioned to a new owner, by them?
Do you have an original shipping carton the unit arrived in?
If the product was a retail 'open carton' purchase and no
back-track is possible, contact the reseller.
And if the computer had seen a major service with logic
board replaced, etc, it may have other issues with serial
number vs one they may have assigned it. Usually a
new logic board may have the SN flashed or if a unit
was determined to be a reman, a new # assigned. But
that would appear in System Profiler, if officially reman.
If you registered a product anywhere with Apple, it would show on a web page along with its serial numbers, going back several years, at this page after you log in there.

Got my daughter an ipod touch 4th and it wont dothe back up from itunes? I bought my other daughter an iphone 4 and its doing the same thing. Both are locking up itunes too. I tried the deactivate/activate that was suggested it still didnt work. I took the ipod to a friend and hooked to her laptop and it synced fine but now trying to sync on mine it wont do it and it has the backup encryption on but no passwords will unlock it. itunes will reccognize the ipod and the iphone but while going thru the sync steps they both get to step 2 then lock up itunes and then says its syncing but will never stop. I am very frustrated and am regretting buying products from Apple.
It seems to be a glitch or bug. Its been officially acknowledged and addressed by Apple. There is no resolution other than waiting for a few days. The Kb article by Apple states it will fix itself on January 7.

Symptoms
After January 1st, 2013, Do Not Disturb mode stays on past its scheduled end time.
Resolution
Do Not Disturb scheduling feature will resume normal functionality after January 7, 2013. Before this date, you should manually turn the Do Not Disturb feature on or off.
To turn off the scheduling feature, tap Settings > Notifications > Do Not Disturb and switch Scheduled to Off. -
Have an iPod touch 4th gen. It is completely charged, but once I disconnect from a power source it shuts down and then the apple logo just keeps reappearing. I have restored via iTunes and reset all the settings. Any suggestions?
If you restored to factory settings/new iPod via iTunes (Not via Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Setting) and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem.

My iPad is disabled. I have only just been able to find the serial number on the back of my product by using a magnifying glass but even now from "Support" I get an unknown serial number advice. How can I get into it?
Explain exactly what happended - disabled how - and why are you trying to read the serial number? So that you can use it on this site?
