How can I download the artwork to movie I bought again? It just disappeared.
Hmm, I tried a few ways and it's working here. First, it works if I have the artwork panel open below all the libraries and I can then Control-click (or right click if you have a two button mouse) in there, get a pop up menu, and select "copy". Or, second, if I pull up the "Get Info", click on the artwork tab, click on the album art (at which point it's highlighted), and then press command-C to copy it. Or, third, double click on the pictClipping file on my desktop and press command-C (or select "Edit" - "Copy" from there). If I use any of those techniques to get the artwork in my clipboard, then the "File" - "New from clipboard" option in "Preview" works for me.
It doesn't work if I pop up the artwork in it's own window (e.g. by clicking on the artwork in the optional artwork panel below the libraries), or if I neglect to click on the artwork in "Get Info" before pressing command-C.
Finally, if none of these is working, I think that "GraphicsConverter" app is shareware, so you might be able to try it for free if you want. I also picked up a free Automator workflow that does the job for free, but it's really a little clumsy and wouldn't suggest unless you're really technically oriented.

Try a reset ..
Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
No data is lost due to a reset. -
I've updated to the most recent version of iTunes and I can no longer see any of my old music on my mac. All the music is still available on my ipad. How can i download the music on my mac?
First, are you positive it is really not there? Have you looked in your iTunes folder in your Music folder, and in the media folders there? Do you see your media files?
If your media are gone it is a lot easier to restore from a proper computer backup. Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer was planned with you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. Syncing is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchases which can be transferred to a computer.

i had the facebook app but i could never upgrade it and i was ok with using the outdated version but when i reset the ipod so i could gift it to a friend it obviously got rid of the app and now i cant downloaded because it says its not compatable, how can i download the version i had before i reset it?Your only way is if you have the version that was compatible on your computer such as in the recycle bin/trash or in a computer file backup. In that case delete the current version that is in your iTunes App library and replace it with the older version. Then sync.

Which version of Design Standard are you asking about? I don't think any Creative Suite packages existed in 1993. I think the first CS came out in 2003.

Microsoft Office is not available in the App Store. Instead, you can purchase it in the Microsoft site > http://www.microsoft.com/mac
Note that there are other apps that do the same, like Apple iWork (available in the Mac App Store) or LibreOffice, open-source and free. I recommend you to give LibreOffice a try.
