I just started sharing with another computer. A movie that I redeemed on another computer is missing on my other computer. I am unable to redeem again. How do I get the movie on my new computer?

iPod touches or any iDevices from Apple sync only to one computer. If you sync to a different computer, all your music will be replace with the music from the new computer's iTunes. If the music were purchased from iTunes, you can re-download them again otherwise the music on iPod touch will be deleted. Do you have iTunes backup?

i'm trying to download a recent purchase on another computer of mine. I was able to download and then I put in the serial number. Then Adobe asked me for a qualifying previous version and a serial number?
The license for the version you are installing is an upgrade, which requires you to identify the older (qualifying) version that you are upgrading from and to provide its serial number as well to prove that you qualify to use the upgrade. There should be a list to select the older version from followed by entries for the serial number of the older version.

You copy them from the old computer or the backup of the old computer to the new computer.

How do I remove a download that keeps trying to download. Even when I click play it says it was downloaded from another computer and I am not authorized to play it, although it was actually purchased with the same apple id on my other computer. It has downloaded for the last two years every time i have opened up itunes. I remove it and then in ten minutes it starts downloading again, and interferes with my current purchases. please help
It may be a corrupt / damaged download.

Delete the Song(s) and re-download...

Is there any way to package a project to move it to another computer?
I've got FCE4 projects on one computer but I need to be able to open and work on them on my MBP as well. Currently, I've got the projects in Dropbox, but when I open them, the source media files all need to be reconnected.
I guess I could painstakingly hunt for them all one by one. Any file I have imported into FCE I keep in the same folder, but files created by iMovie and FCE [like sequence files] I have no idea where they are.
Is there any way to package the project, like you can in InDesign? That software packages all related files into 1 folder so you always have them.
Thaks for the help!I am using an external scratch disk, but there's not a lot in each project's folder. I need a way to pull everything a project uses and place it in 1 folder so I can move it to another machine. I have everything I've imported...it's just links to iMovie files [I exported rough cuts to xml, then imported into FCE4. I'm not sure why FCE4 is looking for the original iMovie file...] and sequence files that I need to be able to find.

Streaming - move purchases back to computer
OK I am confused.
1) I have my Apple Tv setup to stream.
2) I can buy TV shows direct from Apple TV fine
BUT how do I move those TV shows purchased directly on a streaming Apple TV back to the computer to watch on an Ipod etc ?
I understand that when you SYNC that TV shows move back to the computer automatically BUT when your streaming those TV shows purchased directly on Apple TV dont seem accessible ?you are correct if it's set to stream nothing is sync'd

Can I see my purchases on another computer's App Store?
I know how I can transfer software purchased on the Mac App Store to another computer (say between my desktop and my laptop), so this is not an issue.
However, if I have purchased software on my desktop and then log in on my laptop's App Store, I can not see (under the "Purchases" tab) the purchases made on my desktop. Is this normal behavior?
If yes, what happens if I replace my current computer: will I never be able to see my purchase history directly on the App Store under the "Purchases" tab? That would be really inconvenient.
So, the question: is there any way I can see my purchases under the "Purchases" tab of another computer (not the one where I made the initial purchases)?

You don't need to transfer software purchased or free from the Mac App Store to another computer.
Just login to the Mac App Store on any Mac you own with the same Apple ID.

There is an option to watched purchased TV shows but not purchased movies on the APTV2. How do i watch movies i purchased on my computer (iTunes) on my apple tv without homesharing?
As Winston says Apple has not negotiated the rights to redownload movie purchases and knowing the movie studios greed it may take time if it comes at all - frankly I'm amazed they've got music companies and TV Show makers on board so they may be closer than I'd expected.
You must Home Share and will see the content under Computer>Library name>Movies if itunes is running on the LAN.

What do you mean, "bring up" your songs? Itunes does not keep a copy of your music on their servers for you. Once you buy it it is your to keep up with. The song will not magically appear on another computer. You must copy it to a drive, disc, etc and move the file to the other computer.

I bought about ten episodes of a tv show on my parent's computer and started downloading them, figuring that I could simply download them on the internet-accessible computer and transfer the files from this computer to my laptop via my flashdrive (I couldn't use the internet on my laptop >:(. However, due to external (and annoying) circumstances, I must stop downloading these files on this computer's iTunes. I was wondering if one could purchase songs on one computer, not download them on that computer, and then download these songs on another computer that is authorized through my account? Someone plz reply BEFORE I attack my mother.........
yeah, you should be able to stop the downloads on the first PC.
Then select “Check for Available Downloads” under the Store menu in iTunes 8 (or “Check for Purchases” under the Store menu in iTunes 7) on the 2nd PC when you get to it.
The ones you have already downloaded, you'll have to copy over with your flash drive.

How can I download a book purchased on another computer
I downloaded a book on a laptop which shares my iTunes account. Now I'd like to read it on another computer, which is also authorized to use that account, but I can't find any link or menu item to do that. I downloaded PE 11 from Adobe. I now have another computer. I need to download PE11 onto this computer.
Just download the trial (assuming you really do mean download and not "install"), install it and enter your serial number. Save the download file for future use, because there will probably be a new version soon and then there won't be any way to download PSE 11 anymore.
