    The normal method of upgrading the iPhone is to connect the phone to your computer with the USB cable, open iTunes app on the computer, highlight the phone in the devices list and click the button to Update the phone. iTunes then downloads and installs the new iOS. Is this what you are doing?

    The iPhone retailer may have obtained the iPhones from 2 different sources. If you check the model number on the back you will most likely find that one Model ends in AE, the one with FaceTime will have a different letter combination.

    While we have no idea within this Community Forum how long you would have to wait for your iPhone 6 Case, I can tell you that there would not be a "general" answer of value.  Like any product that is available in different materials and colors, the inventory varies based on what you have specifically ordered.  For example, I visited an Apple Store on the day after the iPhone 6 became available and was interested in the "Midnight Blue" Leather"  Apple iPhone 6 Case.  The store had plenty of all the other colors, but that specific case and color had sold out that morning.

    Yep. I do it all the time. You need 10.6.8, then get the FaceTime app from the Mac app store.

    Facetime is integrated with iOS 7. It's somewhere on your iPad.
    Swipe down anywhere on the screen, and it will open up Search. Type in Facetime and it'll show  you where it's located.

    If you have Lion, then Facetime should be in the applications directory.  Otherwise download it from the App store.

    You can't and there are no FaceTime apps to be installed.
    If your phone does no have FaceTime on it already, then there is nothing that you can do to get it except buy a new phone.
    That is it - you cannot get FaceTime on a phone that does not have it.

    Go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Add Account>iCloud.  You will have to use a second ID to create a new account.  There are some limitations on secondary accounts like this to be aware of.  Only the primary account (in Settings>iCoud) can be used for Photo Stream, iCloud backups, Find My iPhone, and syncing Bookmarks (Safari) and Documents.  Also, push email only works for the primary account; secondary account email is fetch.

    On the 4 & 4S there is no icon, FaceTime is accessed through contacts.  Go into your Contacts, access the contact you want to FaceTime with and you will see a tab at the bottom of their contact card.  You can also access FaceTime by going into your Phone app, select dialling keypad, dial number, press call and an option for FaceTime on the keypad will appear.

    TC is not designed for ipad or iphone or any iOS device.
    You should use them with cloud if you want remote access to your data do it via cloud.. you cannot easily get remote access to the TC from iOS device.
