1) I am new user for Apple Product within 2 days i am going to purches Iphone5 from Saudia Arabia KSA. I heard that i can't use the face time option there, and mean main concern of buying this my wife using iphone5 with facetime option so plz help me how to active the facetime option in saudia Arabia. and is it the facetime comes with preloaded in all Iphone5. even u can reach me on my personal mail id,
2) another problem is i have created account by name and password is ( Saeedasumar5 ) now i am not able to access this account all the time showing this is has been disable. so plz help me to solve this two issue

iphones purchased in KAS have facetime disabled and cannot use facetime. Talk to your government. read https://discussions.apple.com/message/16454076#16454076 and More like this over on the right of this page

I use my iPhone as a "baby monitor" to keep an eye on an elderly relative while she sleeps in one room and I'm working in another on my Mac. Setting up your two devices to FaceTime each other is simple:
Enable additional email addresses where you can be "reached" on FaceTime. Then enable the first on your Mac (disabling the second on your Mac) and the second on your iPad (disabling the first on your iPad).
On your Mac, go to FaceTime's Prefernces and look for "You can be reached by FaceTime at:" and at the bottom you'll see "Add Another Email..." Do so, then check only one email address for use on your Mac.
The process is similar on your iPad. Just be sure to check a different email address for use on your iPad.

Are the two devices using two seperate Apple IDs? You can't call yourself on facetime as far as I know. Someone else has to call you and the call is sent to your Apple ID (and any Mac OS or iOS devices that use the same ID).

hello, I have an iphone 4s and when i try to use facetime to call my friend whom owns an iphone 4 nothing happens.
It rings, at least when i make the call, i can hear it ringing, but he does not get the call. We try to make the call from his iphone also, but we get the same result. Also when i ckick on facetime I can see myself only, not him. When he makes the called he gets the same resukts as I.

Try a hard reset or a factory reset in iTunes if that doesn't works. It could also be your'e carrier that doesn't have an roaming agreement with O2 in England (That's where the activation message is being sent to. Ithink..).

Is the other person on Wifi? They may think that they can use Facetime via cellular, but they have to be using wifi as well. And yes, you can facetime from the US to Europe.
