A couple things to note. There is no stand-alone FaceTime icon, instead it is accessed through the Contacts App. Also, if the phone was purchased in certain middle eastern countries, it will not have FaceTime.

You can't. Facetime is banned by law on iPhones sold in KSA and UAE and has been permanently removed from those phones. There is no way to add it. Ever.
If you want/need facetime, then buy a phone from a country where it is not banned.

No, they are not. But getting round this is not that simple.
Until recently, the European Volume Limit that you're referring to affected iPods sold within the EU (European Union countries), so one purchased in the US would not be affected by this. Nor, in theory, would an iPod purchased in Norway or Russia, since neither of them are in the EU.
However, iPod Classics now sold within the UK (where I live) now appear to have an option to disable the EU Volume Limit. I would assume therefore, that this option is available on an iPod Classic bought anywhere within the EU. The firmware on an iPod Classic that can turn off the EU volume Limit is 2.0.5.
iPod Classics running earlier versions of the firmware (including 2.0.4) cannot be upgraded. I have personally seen one with 2.0.5 Mac on it in an Apple Store and the EU limit could be turned off. Check the picture from Badgorr in this thread New Option to turn off EU Volume Cap? (It's towards the bottom of the page.) However, non-Apple stores may still have older stock, so be aware of this when you go shopping.
Experience tells me that buying an iPod from outside the European Union area is not that simple and you are unlikely to manage it. Apple will not ship goods to another country. So either you travel to the US to buy one from a shop (that's a bit extravagant) or you persuade someone else to buy one and send it to you. However, not only will you have the cost of shipping, but in either case, your country's tax department will almost certainly add tax to it when it comes into the country. The service delivering it will apply the tax and charge you for doing so as well or you get charged by the customs department at the airport.

Where did you purchase the iPhone? Some countries require Apple to permanently block facetime in order to meet local government requirements for sale in their country. If purchased from an Apple authorized seller in say, Saudi Arabia or the UAE, the iPhone will never have facetime.

There is no FaceTime app for the iPhone. It's built into the iOS. Did you look here: Settings>FaceTime...is it turned on? If you don't have FaceTime in settings, where did you get your phone? If obtained from a middle eastern country, you probably have a phone where FaceTime has been permanently removed, as required by local law. If so, there is nothing you can do to add it back.

Facetime is banned in certain middle eastern countries. Devices purchased in those countries cannot have Facetime installed on them by Government Regulation.
While the device may have been purchased in Kuwait its possible it was destined for sale in another country where facetime is banned.

Syncing to a new iTunes library or computer will erase your iPhone. Only if you back up your phone manually before syncing, you can restore your device from that backup again. A manual backup does not include the sync process.
Do this to back up manually:
Disable autosync in iTunes, connect your phone to your new computer and right click on it in the device list and choose backup. iTunes will backup your device without syncing.
Transfer your purchases the same way, choosing "transfer purchases" this time.
When you connect your phone for the first time, all media content will be erased. But you can restore your settings and app data from your manual backup afterwards.
Don't forget to set up at least one contact and event on your new computer to be able to merge calendars and contacts when you sync the phone for the first time.
Music is one way only, from the computer to your device, unless you bought the songs in itunes and transferred your purchases.

You can't do anything. You have encountered the activation lock. Unless you have some sort of contact with the previous owner you have bought a very expensive paper weight.

Assuming you mean carrier unlocking, contact the cellular provider to determine their unlocking policy, and if YOU qualify. If you have purchased the phone in a region where FaceTime is banned, there is no way to change this.

Was this book downloaded using iBooks, or from another application? If it was from iBooks you will need to install that application to delete it.

I did that - nothing happen... I have changed my adobe ID and all address to my Canada home.
Having log myself out and re-log back in to start the Creative Cloud subscription. The payment still shows in Sterling Pounds.
This is difficult as I am no longer earning Sterling pounds as a wage and the subscription would automatically be doubled payment, because Canadian $ is less in currency exchange to the UK Sterling Pound.
Thanks for your above suggestions, but what should I do now, to resolved this issue.
