My 6year old daughter has made many purchases from the app called Hay Day. How can I get help in getting a refund for in-app purchases made by a minor?
You can try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
If you haven't already done so then to try and stop it happening again you can use Settings > General > Restrictions on your iPad to turn in-app purchases off, and you can require your password to be entered for every download

I received an email indicating a refund for unauthorized in-app purchases from a minor (my daughter). I clicked on the link included in the e-mail as instructed. But the link apparently has an error. A new window opens up but doesn't allow you to continue with the option to request the refund. Please help.
.Was it a real Apple email? Seems strange that they would send you something based on a four year old purchase.

How can I turn on in-app purchase on on iPad? When I to the restriction and I enable the restrictions, but I cannot slide "In-App Purchases" to the right. What can I do? Thank you.
When I do it, a msg pops out and shows "your apple ID isn/t enabled iTunes." I cannot slide iTues and in-app purchase from the general restriction. Any other suggestions? Thx.
