Either import your Songs into a new clean library, or rebuild your existing library - it would appear your current library is corrupt.

Since the previous computer crashed without my Adobe CS3 Design Standard for Macintosh applications being uninstalled, I'm having issues with the CS3 on my new Macintosh laptop. Please help, I've tried using the online "contact us" with no success, unable to get in contact with a tech support agent that can assist me.
CS3 is too old to run on a new Macintosh laptop, sorry. You'll have to purchase CS6 or a Creative Cloud subscription.

Itunes match having issues playing some of my songs
I recently got itunes match over winter break and it's been working pretty well. Although I do have some issues with playback. I noticed some songs just get skiped over. I have deleted them off icloud and my itunes and resynced them back on but icloud still manages to skip over them. Can anyone else tell me how I can get icloud to play the songs.
If it happens again, do NOT delete the songs from your library. Rather, highlight and choose "Convert ID3 tags..." Pick a likely value, such as v2.3, and after the conversion, try to play them.
iTunes tends to be finicky/strict/incompetent (pick your own interpretation) about the ID3 tags in MP3 files, and a conversion is often enough to fix the problem.
If the song is no longer in your library, you can resort to a 3rd party tag fixing program. -

I currently cannot activate my phone because the itunes store cannot be accessed. Is anyone else having this problem?
The servers are getting slammed. Bunch of people trying to download iOS7 at the same time.
There is a chance activation servers might be down/slow for now. Just keep trying throughout the day. -
Is there any one that can help you on Adobe? I have been on hold twice for 30min and I need help. Contact line is for something else not to happy. I downloaded Yosemite and now my CS5 when I custom print it shuts down the whole program and restarts again. Yes I did restart com+shift+op and yes I restarted computer. And yes called 1800-642-3623 no help. What the heck Adobe!!!!! and now this?????

CS5 was written LONG before Yosemite was available, and CS5 is no longer updated... have you told Apple that their new operating system breaks your old program?
Yosemite sometimes has problems, often related to "default" permissions needing to be changed

Did OS X Mavericks v10.9.4 update break bluetooth audio for anyone else?
I have a 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 duo MacMini from 2010, and I just updated to the latest OSX (10.9.4 (13E28)) and now bluetooth audio is broken.
I can pair my device (LG Tone+) to the mac, but no audio will play though it. I've rebooted the machine, reconnected the device after the update, restarted the browser, all with no results.
Typically, when I connect to the system I will get audio acknowledgements through the headset, "Power On" "Battery High" "Connected"
I still get those audio queues through the device. However when I open up a video on YouTube, or attempt to stream music on Spotify...nothing happens.
I've plugged wired headphones into the system and that works just fine. When I connect my Bluetooth headset, the audio to the wired headphones disconnects, so it seems like everything is behaving normally, except that no audio plays through the bluetooth headset.
Any ideas on where to go from here would be greatly appreciated. So, what do we think?Try resetting the SMC.

Does adding a Goggle AdSense crash for anyone else?
I started looking into Google AdSense today and at first it was 50/50 whether iWeb would add an AdSense object or would crash... now it's 100%. Does adding a Google AdSense routinely crash for anyone else? Is this a know issue? is there a workaround?
I've tried:
- restarting my mac
- deleting the test web pages and starting over
- deleting the site and ALL pages, just to start fresh
- adding via the icon at the bottom of the screen, and adding via the menu item

Charged a large amount $68 by iTunes California . I can't get to anyone in support and when I challenged the amount on my card, now my Apple ID has been disabled. Anyone else having similar problems?
Does anything show on your account's purchase history ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
If it does and you didn't do the purchase(s), and nobody else has access to your account or devices, then try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption. Is that how you tried contacting them ?
If it doesn't show on your account then contact your card issuer.
For your account being disabled have you tried getting it re-enabled ? If it's been disabled due to payments then you may need to contact support to get it enabled -

I thought about that myself, but when it comes to Windows XP. It is peculiar that software companies get away with "selling" software that suddenly stops working properly. The problem with XP is of course an environmental one as well. There is a huge number of fully functional PCs that suddenly are no longer supported by Microsoft, and that are not powerful enough to take newer supported MS operating systems. What MS basically recommends people is to throw them away with a horrible cost for our environment. -

iTunes Match now stalls on step 1. I have a PC with Windows Vista. I've used iTunes Match for a long time & it has worked well until last week. Most of my songs now have a dotted outlined cloud beside them & I can't download to my phone. 6 new albums can't be seen at all. I've turned off Match (with shift key down) & turned it back on - restricted my upload speed to 75% of max - I even uninstalled iTunes & re-installed it. Any suggestions?
iTunes Match is stalled in the same place again today. Step 1 seems to have completed as the blue progress bar is complete. The message says "Delivering your iTunes Match results..." When I went to bed last night, this is where iTunes was stuck. But this morning, Match had stopped trying to "deliver." It obviously did not finish because 6 new albums do not show up on my iPhone 5 - all of the 3 steps on the Match page were grayed out this morning & the "Start" button was available.
This is what I did yesterday - I looked at My Music and clicked "Songs." I then added the "iCloud" column and sorted by that field. I found about 100 files that had a problem of some sort (cloud with exclamation point inside). Each of them had lost track of where the music file was - even though the music files were exactly where they should have been. I re-linked (one at a time) all of the music files to the song titles. In the cloud field one song was described as "ineligible for iTunes Match." It had a could with a line drawn through it. I didn't know what that meant, so I deleted the song.
I then turned off iTunes Match holding the shift key down & iTunes began collecting information from my library. This took several hours but it did seem to complete because it changed to the "delivering results" message. However, this morning I noticed that all of the files I re-linked yesterday still had the "error cloud" symbol today - a cloud with an exclamation mark inside. Yesterday these songs wouldn't play until I re-linked the files. Today they will play as expected, but they still have the "error cloud.' To add to my confusion albums marked with the "error file" are still able to be downloaded to my phone, but the songs with the "error cloud" will not play smoothly on my PC. They stutter regularly throughout playback. However, if I download one of those songs or albums to my phone, it plays perfectly.
I hope this helps someone to explain what my problem is & the appropriate solution. I have a little more than 12,000 songs in my library in case that makes a difference. Should I just delete the files with he "error cloud"? All of the songs appear to be still in the cloud because they are available for download to my phone. -
My iphone 4S wont allow me to restore a bckup of icloud it has just rebooted the os and for over 24 hours i have been trying to fix it i use this phone for my job so i need help. when i try to restore it says "Your iphone could not be activated becuase the activation server is unavailable, If the problom presests goto apple.com/support" It has done this for 27 hours now PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

I accidentally set up two accounts. One account with my old e-mail address which I've been using for years and has all of my purchases on it. Now I have a new account with my current e-mail address. How do I disable this new account? I need to disable the new e-mail address account so that I can add it as an additional e-mail to my old account. THEN, how do I make this new e-mail address my primary e-mail for this old account?

Since this is the second computer you've had this problem with, I recommend you look for answers on the iPhone forum. My thinking is it is an iPhone issue rather than a computer issue (unless it is some software incompatibility).
