Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...

I fix it. I restored the contents of /System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines with the contents found in my latest TimeMachine backup from before the update, PMS works like again. Something in the latest Java update does break the PS3 mediaserver.

It's hard to see exactly how just turning voiceover on would have created a passcode, but regardless of that ... if you can't get it sorted so that you can enter whatever the code is, you're going to have to resort to Restoring the iPad from the computer it was last sync'ed to.

Try going into your settings and 'reset all settings'
You will need to retweak your device but it's been said to help with sound issues.

Terminé resolviendo mi problema instalando el AE CC. que no es lo que quería en principio pero al final lo que me importa es poder disfrutar del programa. el único problema es que gracias a la tarjeta gráfica que trae mi modelo de MacBook, no podré disfrutar de la opción de trabajar los gráficos en GPU sino únicamente en CPU. ya que para trabajar en GPU necesito el complemento CUDA que mi tarjeta no lo puede utilizar. igual seguiré buscando respuestas a mi caso por la web y otros foros.
Hello again. I ended up installing AE CC to fix my problem. although that was not what I was looking for but at the end all that matter is to enjoy the software. The only unsolving issue is that I won't be able to enjoy the option of working graphics in GPU mode due to my graphic card. It needs CUDA and intel doesn't support it. I'll keep on looking for answers to my trouble with AE CS6 in the web.

well, you know how it is - glitches that usually resolve with a hard reset etc
then a restore. then a factory restore....then ..... nothing fixes so I try the next step with apple online - fill out my serial number and find it is a couple of weeks out of date - and then with the holidays who has time to get to the apple store? this is my second 4s handset as it is - first one the glass cracked from L to R without any impact/damage etc - they changed it out automatically because it's a 'known fault' apparently - so technically, this handset is only 6 months old - but warranty is from original purchase date -
never imagined it would turn out to be a warranty issue with the phone - and hey maybe when I get a chance to go to the apple store they'll be sympathetic, but I won't be able to get there till at least Jan 4th as it is. Change your iTunes (Apple ID) password along with any other password that was stored in the iPod. This is the line that caught my attention: "I discovered, after several experiments, that if you publish a course in Captivate as SCALABLE with a video inserted, no matter what the resolution, it makes the video look pixelated."
When I unclick the "scalable HTML content" button before publishing, the video is fine!

If deleting then reinstalling the apps doesn't work, then contact the app developer for support.
It sounds, though, like your internet connection is simply very slow.
Try making a backup, then restoring the iPhone as new, and testing again.

If you are having trouble activating Facetime or Imessages turn them both off on your device and reset the device (Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost)). Go into preferences and under playback turn off background render. That helped speed things for me when working with large files.

Try resetting your iPad:
Double click the Home button. Slide up with one finger on ALL your apps to close them.
Then, Press the Sleep/Wake button + Home button and hold 15 seconds or until you see the Apple logo.
This will reset your device without erasing data, apps or settings.
