HT2052 Help! SOS
I have an ipod and I need to update it to the 3.1 version, but I can't, and I already purchased the update from the apple store... And it doesn't download anything! I can't update it because it gives me the 4.1 version to download and it gives me an error message when I try ro download the 4.1 version! I really don't know what to do!

I have a new IPhone 6 just went to the store last Saturday to connect it, (I am replacing my IPhone 5s) it says that I am updated on IOS 8.0.2 but now started to show a message that reads like this: " No SIM card installed" and I have no phone line or anything, my carrier is Sprint and I just got back from there and they told me that this is something I have to deal with APPLE because they have nothing to do with software. Anybody experiencing the same thing? any light in the tunnel? HELP....

To troubleshoot this issue where your iPhone gives you the message "No SIM Card installed" please follow the steps below.
Update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS.
Turn airplane mode on and then off again.
Restart your iPhone.
Check for a carrier settings update. Go to Settings > General > About. Install any available update.
Remove the SIM card and make sure that it's a valid SIM that your carrier provided. Also make sure that it's not damaged, worn, or modified. Then reinsert it.
A SIM tray that comes with one iPhone model won't necessarily work with a different iPhone model. When you insert the correct SIM tray, the SIM tray should be flush with the device.
If you have another SIM card, insert it. You can use a SIM card from any phone with the same format as your iPhone SIM card. If your iPhone works with that SIM card, contact the carrier that issued your original SIM card.
Restore the iPhone.
If you still see the issue, contact Apple support.
If you see 'No SIM' alert on iPhone

Can't use iworks9.0 after installation... HELP SOS!
i just buy the iworks9.0, but can't use after installation, i ask the technical that because of i download the iworks trial version and update OSX10.6.8 before...
the technician said that i should reinstall the OS from boxset can fixed, but everything need back up...

Now, back to the actual problem.....
I've never had the trial versions, so i can't address that problem specifically. I have always used the retail versions (DVD in a box). But, I am guessing that there was a problem because you had the trial version installed and then tried to install from the DVD again. You see, the trial version is a full version except it will only act like a full version if you enter a registration code. The new version (09) does not require a code.
If you cannot delete the applications, then reinstalling the OS from scratch is the next best idea. That means erasing your hard drive which is why tech support said you need to make a backup first so you don't lose your files. It also means you must have your install disk. After that, if those trial versions still show up, I would delete them BEFORE opening them (right after the new install) and then try to install from the DVD again. -
Hi All,
I wrote a semi-complete midlet that is supposed to have a datefield and textfield on a form. The contents of the datefield and textfield are supposed to be stored in 2 seperate recordstores when the user clicks the new command.
Im using Wireless Toolkit 2.0 to compile and run the midlet. The problem right now is im getting the error:

I have been experiencing this problem for almost 2 months. It would be great to get my Lync works with video call. I tested the camera both internal and external camera as well. They works fine with Skype, ect...But not with Lync

I have seen 100 % laptops of dell which has issue with Lync, I tried to raise this Dell as per them is issue with Lync and even Mircrosoft global team said it dell laptop drivers issue, Some of the cases has been resolved by uninstalling Audio/video
drivers. but not for every laptop.

MOVED: Sos Voltage Settings on MSI 785GM-E65 Help Help SOS

When I installed this CPU in this board everything was AUTO, in Windows the Voltage read 1.4v.
This 955 Black Editions has Stock Voltages of
CPU VDD 1.35v
CPU-NB VDD 1.25v
HT Link 1.2v.
However because the BIOS does not output all these voltages in the Right Column as to what they are set to reflecting realtime measures, one has to 'boot' into Window to look at the readout.
BIOS Terminology is my main concern so I can set them appropriately to 'stock' first then raise them.
It seems with this board because it has the several different methods to OC that some voltages cannot be adjusted properly so they are already preset to certain stable measures pre-thinking someone will OC.
This not good. Since if the Processor for the CPU VDDC voltage is set high the VCORE get hot quick.
So, I'm asking for the correct stock voltages for the above for this 955 Black Edition CPU RB-C3 125w/TDP
on this MSI 785GM-E65 Board. Don't care about OC at the moment.
I need to know from MSI what the stock voltages are for Each Option.
Lastly, the NB Chipset voltage is set at 1.3v from the Factory along with the HT Link. When I lower the HT to 1.2 the SB voltage activates and these two move in unison. Which is very uncool and odd. -
Digitizer changed and screen's background is now green!!!HELP SOS PLS!!!
I have changed the digitizer after it was broken and since i put it together the screen has turned to green and flickering!!!:( i have reset it, restored it, changed the lcd flex and the lcd itself too and still all the same!! The only change i noticed is after the lcd change the flickering/fuzziness is gone now its constant green!!!:((

I restarted my computer and it looked totally differnet - (the apple defualt look)
I didn't do anything that would affect it like this. My desktop was cluttered with things and now it is empty only Macintosh HD

Poor 3DMark03 Results...help SOS
Well, I just built this computer and I got some crappy results I think
AMD 3000+ 64 90mm
MSI Neo2 Platinum
(2)512 PNY 3200 RAM running in dual channel
PNY GeForce 6800 unlocked
I scored 7495 on 3DMark03
I think it should be higher.
Does anyone know what is wrong? :-\
I am using bios 1.3 and have the latest Nvidia drivers :(should get 11000 11500 with it set up ok
try w/ fast writes off if you get crashes but on will sometimes give 50 / 60 more
also same with side band addressing ive found
driver selection makes a hell of a difference

they got most usually a day or to after they are ripped or appear mostly beta of course
if you want futuremark approved whql drivers then 66.93 are the latest most peole get good scores with 66.70 or 66.72 tho.
gcard bios makes a difference you can flash to diferent makes quite easily ive tried 5 different to get what i like now also gcard mhz is more important than ever nowadays go for 3dmark 05 i would tho 03 is still damn good and more an al over system bmark than 05
ram timings w/ an amd proc make a fair dif with 3dmark try 3.3.3.10 !!!! for benchmarking see what you get.
also disable any internet connection first and any firewall and virus protection close all unnecesary applications and defrag hd first remember to enable your security features before posting your scores tho!!!
you should get a fair improvment if you follow this !!!!
i gain 1000 points in 3dmark 05 by trying these things but it is trial and error !! -

Make sure that toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible: "View > Toolbars"
* If items are missing then open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize"
* If a missing item is in the toolbar palette then drag it back from the Customize window on the toolbar
* If you do not see an item on a toolbar and in the toolbar palette then click the "Restore Default Set" button to restore the default toolbar set up.

Unusual error at NativeProcess start ! HELP SOS

i am trying to run an external exe file with the following code

and i get this above error every time i start the process, but this usbserial.exe file runs smoothly without any problems in CLI.
So what is really going wrong here ?Not sure, I haven't had an application crash on me when I started it via the native process api's before. Since it works fine with CLI, try starting it with cmd.exe instead. Something like "cmd.exe /c usbserial.exe"

Mail Help SOS!!!! Need Help!!!A

I had just ran into a serious problem. As a result I lost years of important on my mail.
Problem: The current mac mail (that is automatically given when you install- it's in a shape of a stamp with a gray eagle on it) takes my mail from the server (lets say for instant, comcast or gmail) and on to my computer. After a few months of using this "apple mail" I logged into comcast or gmail account and noticed ALL my e-mail were gone/missing/did not exist anymore. *The problem is, is there a way I can use my mac mail AND keep a COPY of all those e-mails on the comcast or gmail server.*
Can anyone recommend an mail application that I can use?This has nothing to do with a particular mail client you are using. Mail can do this just fine.
you are using POP accounts. you can go to Mail preferences->accounts, select your account and click on "advanced" and uncheck the box to remove messages from server after downloading them.
alternatively, switch to an IMAP account. gmail offers both IMAP and POP. IMAP keeps everything on server and syncs your local mailbox with the server automatically. For example, if you trash a message locally and empty trash, it will disappear on the server. -
Ok. So I was online uploading some things to sell on CL when all of a sudden I noticed that all of my items on my taskbar had the same weird icon. I didn't think much of it and I continued to bounce between tabs. I updated my shockwave player and restarted my computer and after I logged back on I noticed my shortcuts and even everything under my start menus had the same exact pictures. When I clicked on what said paint. It went to windows live photo gallery. Everything I click on, No matter what it is directs me right back to Windows live photo gallery. What did I do? Or what do I need to do to fix this

Visual Voicemail and vm icon not coming in help please!
Hello---Have been working on this for a few days--Visual Voicmail is not working properly. I don't get notification of voicemails, and the only way I know if I have a vm is if i call it??? Never had this problem before, and I had the older blackberry curve--I spent and hour and a half on the phone with sprint, and nothing, returned the phone because they told me to, then I bought the same model, vm worked for a day,. then is now doing the same thing!!!! I am so frustrated--I have done wipes, settings, everything, u name it.. PLease help SOS!
I have reset everything possible, and called sprint repeatedly--they said there was some outage--I found that quite funny because the second phone that I have on a second line--no problems there--I think they coulnd't figure it out and don't know what to do----
