From personal experience, it’s nice to be able to place an online order, especially when I’m on the go and don’t have time to peruse the store. I can imagine being locked out of my BestBuy.com profile would put a damper on this, so I am sorry to hear of your difficulties when trying to regain access to your account.
After reviewing your online account using the email address attached to your forum profile, I believe I know why you’re having difficulties logging into your account. Please know I’ve sent you a private message so I may gather some additional information from you to resolve this. You may view it by logging into the forum and clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

  • Not getting email to merge accounts

    Hi, I have tryting to access MyRewards but I never receive the email verification to merge my accounts, any help would be appreciated.

    If your My Best Buy account is already linked to a BestBuy.com or there is old information on file, then that could cause the verification email to be delayed or not arrive at all.  It is also possible the verification email may get sorted into the spam/junk folders, which is why we suggest that a member double check those folders when trying to link their accounts.
    While it does appear that your BestBuy.com and My Best Buy accounts are linked, you also have quite a bit of non-primary information on file that could potentially cause problems in the future when it comes to receiving promotional emails.  To go over your account and ensure your information is up-to-date, I will be sending you a private message.  You can check your private messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the yellow envelope at the top of the page.

    Have you contacted your email provider to make sure there are no problems on their end? If they say their email servers are working properly, check the outgoing and incoming mail servers entries on your iPhone to make sure both are entered correctly. Enter the outgoing mail server even if the account setup indicates that is optional.

    I've had my 8330 (service provider: Bell Canada) since the Spring and yesterday I recieved a message saying:
    "SUBJECT: Action Required: Validate Password
    Validate the password for (myemail) in the BlackBerry Internet Service! Email messages from (my email) are not being delivered to your BlackBerry device. To resume receiving email messages from this email address, validate the password for (my email) in the BlackBerry Internet Service:
    1. Open your BlackBerry Internet Service account by completing one of the following actions
         * On the Home screen, click the Setup icon and click Email Accounts or Email Settings
         * Using a browser on your computer, visit the BlackBerry Internet Service Web Site
    2. Go to the Email Accounts page
    3. Edit (my email)
    4. Type password
    5. Click Save"
    I went through the Setup icon on my phone and went to Email Accounts. It says my email is invalid but there's a "Validate" button. I click that and it asks for my email password. I type it in and click enter and it says that my email is now validated. But I'm still not getting emails to my phone. I have no idea what could have prompted this, and I really don't know how to fix it!
    Can someone please help me? I'm so confused!

  • Cannot get email from tiscali account

    Hi,
    I recently changed my password on my tiscali email account. i can get my emails OK on the computer but ever since I have been unable to get emails from this account on my iphone.I have changed the password on the phone, deleted and re-added account, turned phone on and off, in fact everything i can think of but still get the error message 'cannot get mail' the user name or passwordfor tiscali.co.uk is incorrect.
    i have another email account not from tiscali and i can get the emails ok , also can access internet.

    I assume that though your signature says you are running 10.4.8 you are actually running Lion or Mountain Lion? If so please amend the signature to prevent confusion.
    Go to System Preferences>iCloud and uncheck Mail in the list there: then re-check it. This should set Mail up again to access the account. If this doesn't work, sign out completely, reboot, then sign back in again. You iCloud data will disappear from your Mac but reappear when you sign back in.

    i have a password lock on the phone
    i am not seeing emails as sent when i send them, i am not getting emails.
    i just did a test email and sent it to myself, the email arrived on my laptop but not on iphone. i have my mail seetting set so that the emails are NOT removed from server for a week, so i dont know why i would not get or be able to send ees from the iphone.
    my mail seetings for new data are
    push - off
    fetch - every 15 mins
    i hvae a wifi signal at my house

    Have you checked ALL the settings including the port assignments? Easiest way to get those back to is to delete the email account from the iPad then redo the email account. Usually the ISP providing the email account will have instructions on their web site.

    I have recently installed a new Mail Account as an MS Exchange sever account. I have an ICAL exchange account as well. The issue is I am not getting emails when someone sets an appointment - but I do get notifications in ICAL. I have set a card as "my card" in address book. Any help on what else to do would be greatly appreciated.

    Are you using Mac Mail?
    If so, you also have to have the account set up in MM that the ical events are being sent to. You also need to go into your mail preferences and set the ical invites to automatically dump invites into your ical to "never" if you want an actual email invitation.
    Though, I'm not seeing an issue with just viewing your notifications in iCal only, you know, to bypass duplicate invites...

    I am not getting emails on my BB.  Last email received on my primary account was Thursday night.  I can send, but nothing is coming through.  It is an account through ATT.com, and it is also the main account I use on my personal laptop through Outlook.  I have made sure that outlook is shut down and laptop is off, but still not receiving. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!  Thanks!

    Take a look at Apple's document for authorizations -> iTunes Store: About authorization and deauthorization.
    You can deauthorize all computers from iTunes. All you have to do is click iTunes Store, click your account name in the upper right corner of iTunes, then deauthorize all.

    What is the purpose of email sent to document library if no attachment. What document library will do what that email if it cant find attachment to save and create a spdoc object. If you want to store email/communication body then opt for site mailbox

    We are using Oracle AIA Exception Handling feature. In the BPEL process , we have catch branches defined. From the catch brances we are invoking AIAAsyncErrorHandlerBPELProcess.
    In case of an exception , the instance of AIAAsyncErrorHandlerBPELProcess and AIAReadJMSNotification is being created. We have configured ns_emails.xml and user_properties.xml as per the documentation.
    Kindly let us know the issue.
