Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

In need of some help,
For the past 3 weeks whenever my phone dies and has been recharged, some of my contacts and my little sisters contacts are combined.. From my knowledge, she has never plugged in her Ipod into my computer. She has only used my Apple Id for a short period of time.. Anyone know the reason why my phone is doing this? Do i need a new SIM card? How do i fix this?

vjamesSIM card is irrelevant because iPhones have never stored anything on the SIM card.
Verify that your sister does not have your Apple ID signed in on her device, easiest way to do this, change your password. -

Possibility could have been you had caps lock on entering your security answer either now or when you set it up from the beginning.
Apple will help you out and you will be in good shape.
If you are not into phone calls then try to make an appointment at your local Apple store and they can fix it for you in no time. -

You mean that you're on a single call for 4 hours continously, and then it disconnects?
If so, contact your wireless carrier. That's a cellular connection issue. -

It might be out of memory. Close all apps you're not using using the toolbar that comes up when you double click on the home button. Press and hold any icon and then tap on the red minus (-) symbol of the apps you're not using.

Why does my phone get hot at time's?
It doesn't happen every day, put there are times my phone gets hot even when I'm not using it then the battery drains fast and I have to charge it again. It's not the battery area that gets hot.
There is no damage to my phone. This is the second Samsung Galaxy S5 that I have received. The first one did the same thing, then went dead. I only charge my phone at night when I go to bed and unplug it in the morning. When it does get hot, for some unknown reason, I have to charge it again during the day just to have cell phone access. It doesn't happen on a daily basis. It's just concerning as to why the Samsung Galaxy S5 is doing this. Teffanie M Stark
