As I said, downloaded Hunger Games HD from Itunes and will not play. Click on Play movie and it asks for password. I install password and hit play and movie screen comes up but just a black screen.

not that I have ever known of and when I go to info there is no purchased by. The songs that will play say my name in the purchased by section. I had my whole computer wiped out and had to have it completely reinstalled but I have always had the same email and that is what my id is. could it be because some of those are under an old password? Is there any way for me to find out if I do have another id for some reason. Im so confused and if it doesn't say purchased by then how do I know. Can I go into store and redownload under my id and password that I usually use? Sorry lots of questions but thought I would just shoot them all at once. lol

If you are within 14 days of purchase you can still return the iPhone and get the phone that suits your needs, however, I think you will find that no matter which phone you get the content provider will want to know how you are going to pay for future purchases. For Android phones it is Google, and they will certainly want to know.

If you are getting an 'invalid security code' message then is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.

Hi I can't update my apps when I try to update it asks for password when used it goes back to update. I think I'm not alone and have tried changing date switching off signing out and in and rebooting. Is there a solution or do I need to take it in?

The name is the name of the network you created on the router. The password is the WEP password. You shouldn't be using WEP at all, as it's insecure and also seems to cause connection failures. Use WPA 2 Personal. If your router doesn't support it, get a new one.

Apple's servers are very picky about the format of the address. If you live in the USA, then the server is expecting the style that the US Postal Service uses. One way to do this is to use the USPS ZIP Code lookup service;

I think I may have confused you and I apologize. But you are also confusing me now.
If you were not using restrictions before, then that is why the Allowed Content for Movies in in accessible. You can only access that if you had set a restrictions Passcode. If you do not have restrictions set, then it is a non issue and don't worry about that suggestion.
Were you actively using restrictions on the iPad? If you weren't then you don't have to enable it now. That will not do any good.

Do you have restrictions set that prevent installing the apps? Settings>General>Restrictions
