HT2376 says how to go get the lost keys, but the pages have changed and I cannot find out where to go now to get my Quicktime keys.
Anyone know where Apple moved the link to?

No, Adobe doesn't retain legacy versions nor do they support them ad infinitum. You will have to find another source.

Click on Purchased on the right side under Quick Links.

I Upgraded to quicktime pro years ago on my pc , then when i got a mac i purchased another copy for mac. I ve now gone back to pc and want to retrieve my old key code. The check your order history only goes back 18 months and i think i got mine about 4 years ago . Any advice ? or do i need to buy another copy . Cheers

Regardless of what any of us think, the fact is that Apple no longer provides lookup of orders older than 18 months. Why they chose this none of us here can say, but that's what they have decided. So it's no longer possible to look up a QuickTime key purchased more than 18 months ago. If the user failed to keep a copy of the email or otherwise record the key, as Apple themselves advise, then a new QT Pro key will be required.

Mac OS X 10.6 includes QuickTime versions 10.0 and 7.6.3. The QuickTime 7 player will only be present if a QuickTime Pro key was present at the time of installation, or if specified as part of a custom install, or individually downloaded:

Snow Leopard update 10.6.4 included an update to 7.6.6 (if installed). You can install it from the above link even though it says for 10.6.3. It's the same version of QuickTime Player 7.6.6.
(Only QuickTime Player 7.6.3 or 7.6.6 can be updated to "Pro".)

If QuickTime Player 7 isn't in the Utilities folder automatically, you can install it separately. See:

Going to need a lot more info on what your are trying to do and why you are doing it.
Signing into an Apple ID is easy. Open whatever needs and Apple ID and sign in using the ID name, usually a email address, and the password associated with that name. you will then be signed in.
And please refrain from the profanity.

I am facing a problem with bootcamp on my Macbook pro 15" (Mid 2010, running Mos OS 10.6.6).
I have successfully installed windows 7 via Bootcamp, but I lost the Drivers DVD furnished by Apple.
I tried to download these using Bootcamp (v3.0.4), but bootcamp won't let me save it, i get this error :
"the windows support software could not be saved to the selected folder"
An Apple support article has been made for this problem ( http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3648 ), but it doesn't solve the problem in my case because I lost the furnished DVD.
So here I am, struck on this drivers issue...
So, my question is :
How to download macbook pro (mid 2010) drivers for windows 7, without the included DVD (lost) ?

Where / how to download Lighroom 5 Upgrade after computer crash (already purchased Lightroom 5 key)

Hi,
I have got Lightroom 4 on Windows 8.1 and have purchased and installed an upgrade to LIghtroom 5.
Now, after a computer crash and restore, I have installed previous versions from CD up to LIghtroom 4. I need now to upgrade to Lightroom 5 and cannot find where / how to download the upgrade.
NOTE that I do not want to change to Lightroom Creative Cloud but need to download the Lightroom 5 upgrade in order to be able to activate it with the purchased key.
