After a recent hardware replacement I am unable to find my Aperture 2 download. I never used it anyway so i'm not concerned but would like to be able to pass it on if it can be, is this possible? You don't need to check registration. In the Apple world registering software really doesn't have much of a purpose.
If the software was bought on DVD and you have the serial number you are free to give it or sell it to anyone you wish. Just keep in mind that Aperture 2 is very old and while it (sort of) works on the newer OS's it really isn;t a good solution for anyone serious about using Aperture.
It would be OK for someone with older hardware that is unable to upgrade past Snow Leopard but for anyone with newer hardware it would be a mistake to use.

As stated, you are on Snow Leopard, you can upgrade to Lion (10.7.xx) if your intention is to use iCloud on your phone, you can also use iCloud without upgrading to Lion but it will (a) be a more complex setup procedure and (b) more expensive as you will have to purchase additional software if intending to use contacts and calendars as well as Mail.
If you do intend on upgrading to Lion please note the minimum requirements (Core 2 Duo processor and 2G of Ram) the real world requirement (4G of Ram) and you should verify that your software will continue to run after Lion (Office 2004 does not work but 2008 and 2011 do) any PPC program that you have will not work so check first.

Apple (and no one else) can not assist (with serial number or iCloud) in finding a lost or stolen iPad.
Report to police along with serial number. Change all your passwords.

There are 4 HDMI-in ports on the receiver - BD, DVD, DVR/BDR and audio. In my system preferences for sound, the receiver doesn't show up as an output option. Can anyone please advise. For sound, try the audio output port and connecting to the RCA audio input ports on your Pioneer receiver. Use something like this:
