One of my app tabs for some reason opened in a new window; how do I get it back w/other app tabs on original window?

I have 5 frequently-used websites on app tabs on my Firefox browser window. I've had these since I first saw the update about app tabs, and I have never before had a problem with it.
Today, I was working in one tab, and realized I needed to check something on the website at another app tab. I have done that sort of thing many times. But for some reason today, when I clicked on that other app tab, there seemed to be a long wait like it was working hard to make the switch, then suddenly a new Mozilla Firefox window opened with the only tab being the "another app tab" that I had clicked on.
That particular app tab is now missing from my original browser window.
I must've clicked something by accident or hit another key while I was clicking with the mouse on the app tab that I wanted to look at. I have no idea why it opened in its own window and disappeared from my app tabs on the original window.
How do I get that app tab back with the others on the original browser window? Is there any way other than simply starting over and re-pinning that site as an app tab?
If I have to re-pin it on the original window, is there a way to make that app tab the 1st in sequence the way it was before it opened in its own window? It is my most-commonly-used app tab, so I'd really like it to be the first in line, so to speak.

Make sure that you do not drag a tab in the browser window. 
Firefox 3.5 versions and later have a feature called tear-off tabs. 
You can detach a tab from the current window and open it in a new window by dragging a tab in the browser window. 
You can drag that tab back to the tab bar in the original window to undo that detaching.

For some reason firefox has stopped loading the youtube site for me. I can watch videos other people uploaded to facebook for example, but cant get into the site. the explorer will load the site, so I've tried changing the proxy settings in my firefox as recommended in the help center, but to no avail. Also there was no update installed that I'm aware of, getting to youtube through any link will simply give me an error message saying the connection was reset while the page was loading.

I had trouble with youtube and cleared all history and cache. This cleared up the problem(s).

What you need is a wireless router. This will allow you to connect all your devices. You should NEVER run just a modem and PC without a router in between due to the hardware SPI firewall the router has built into it. This is leaving your PC open to outside attacks. Get a wireless router.

You probably have "iCloud...." on. Uncheck it.
If the contacts are "gone" and they still are in your Addressbook on the Mac:
connect the 3G with the USB cable,
click on the iPhone icon in iTunes,
on the "Info" page "Advanced" part (scroll down) check "contacts" under "replace this information on my iPhone" and the click the "Apply" button at the bottom of the page: it will just this one time overwrite the contacts database on the iPhone with the Address book on your mac....

"Go back one page" button - for some reason doesn't work

For some reason, multiple pages are showing up - duplicates of the page that I'm viewing, so when I click on the "go back one page" button nothing happens - I'm required to right click on the button and select the actual last page that I want to view, again.
Stated another way, why are multiple pages listed/included under the "go back one page" button - I'm thinking this is a new 'feature' that is not good, at all.

For some reason photoshop can't find my GPU

So, for some reason everytime i launch Photoshop it gives me the error that some functions arent available because i didnt install my drivers or something, although i did. Another weird problem is that i cant tick '' Use Graphics Processor '' in the preferences section.
And, if i want to edit a file, everytime i edit something, it will crash, whether its text or if i want to make a new project. I tried clearing the cache, tried restalling it for like 4 times, tried to reinstall my drivers, but nothing worked. It kept crashing over and over.

I am trying to install informatica 9.1 HF 2 connecting to 11g DB.
when installing Informatica, I am at the DOMAIN CREATION windows and inputting the DB connect details and for some reason, it cannot connect to the DB.
The DB is running
any ideas?
the error message states:
THE CONNECTION FAILED: CORRECT THE DATABASE INFO AND TEST THE CONNECTION AGAIN..any help please

Yup, that did it.
I actually had been made aware of the patch when I downloaded CF, but for some reason I thought it was difficult to install (I thought that you could only use the installer package if you could open Administrator). IAC I downloaded the appropriate patch file, ran it and Administrator ran. There was something in the install notes about reconfiguring the websites and removing the IIS6 Management feature but I'm not going to fool with anything because right now at least CF is running.
