ok, buckle your seat. your in for a tough one.
my (ex) husband and I used our itunes account together before and after we got divorced. everything was fine until he got re-mairried and put his new wife on the account without me knowing.
anyway, my iphone was acting goofy (it was jail broken) so i decided to restore and back up everything.... everything went as it should, I thought, instead it backed up to iCloud without me realizing it. I'd never used it before so I didn't anything of it. So I had no idea that it hadn't backed up to my laptop, as well. the acound merged my contacts and photos with his new wife. when i decided to delete icloud it deleted all of my contacts, plus hers. on top of all that, my ex said that he closed the account before we tried to resolves everything not knowing about the loss of the contacts.
Lucky for me, I had manually put a lot of my contact into my Adress book on my laptop. So all is not completly lost.
I need to know is there a way to sync the Adress Book Ap on my computer with my phone or to iTunes so I don't have to manually put all of my contacts back into my phone?

Unless as part of a backup, or stored somewhere else, they are gone.
Your son needs his own Apple ID for iCloud, FaceTime & iMessage. He can continue to use yours for iTunes content, but for everything else, he needs his own.
When you did what you did, as far as iCloud knows, this is the same person with multiple devices, and that's they way things are supposed to work: keep everything in sync.

Two way:
- If they are in the calender ap/program on the computer just sync them from there back to the iPod.
- Restore the iPod from backup. Make sure that autosyncing is off otherwise, when you connect the iPod to the computer iTunes will backup the iPod without the contacts. To turnoff go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices anbd change the box that says: Prevent iPods....syncing".

I lost all my contacts from my iphone

I used iphone explorer to install ipa files and third party themes and applications in my iphone.
But during deleting a folder in directory var/mobile/library,,,,some important folders got deleated and
when i used my iphone i got to know that all my contacts,messages and notes were deleted.
I searched the net for the solution and got to know about Iphone backup extractor. I installed iphone backup
installer on my pc and tried to get back my contacts by extacting itunes backup files. Meanwile i connected
my iphone to my pc and itunes sync started. Due to this i lost the itunes backup files in which contacts were
saved and new itunes backup files got saved in itunes backup folder. When i treid to extract backup using
iphone backup extractor, it extracted the latest backup and i still diddn't get my contacts and messeges. Then
i tried to restore my iphone through itunes,,it also restored the iphone to the new backup files.
My contacts are very urgent. I need them at any cost
NOW ANYONE CAN HELP ME.
PLEASE GIVE SOME SOUTION.

you are right that itunes backupo folder contains few backups not only the recent one.
but i am unable to read or extract the second last backup files which i actually want.
My iphone last sync took place on 2nd May 2011,,,,and my itunes backup folder contains
backup files of date 2nd MAy 2011,,,,25 April 2011 ,,,and a few more dated till 2nd April...
Now only backup files of 2nd May 2011 are accesible,,,,,,but i want to access backup files
of date 25 April 2011 because these are backup files of the sync when i had all my contacts
, messeges and notes.
DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTION NOW??

If the contacts are still in Address Book on your computer, but just not on the phone, you can tell iTunes to force replace the contacts on your phone with those from your computer. You can do this by going into the Info tab when your iPhone is connected, and checking the Contacts box under the Advanced section at the bottom of the page.
You may also want to backup your Address Book information as well. It's a good idea to make periodic backups of your contact and calendar information in case information accidentally gets deleted or changed. You can find out how to backup your Address Book data here:

Since upgrading my iphone 4 to IOS 7 regularly all my contacts disapear... Each Time i must connect to iTunes ans sync with iCloud, but is there one solution for stop definitly this problem?? Thanks for answers

I have the same problem. It has happened twice in the last week. Nobody here has actually given a solution to the problem.
Here are the particulars.
-iPhone 4S
-iOS version 7.0.4
-Seems to only happen when I am home and the iPhone is synching with WiFi.
-The problem begins with a dialog window on the phone that requests that I re-enter my iCloud credentials.
-Within a few minutes/hours, all of the iCloud information is gone (contacts, calendars)
-Email seems to still work for the iCloud and all other email accounts (gmail, hotmail, etc.)
-The only way to get back the information is to re-boot the phone.
-Prior to the dialog window, nothing out of the ordinary has taken place.
-I am a little OCD, so I permanently close all running programs except for Mail, Messages, and Phone.
-Programs running prior to the problem could be many but typically I use Waze while driving home, and I would have closed it after I pull in to the garage. (My iPhone gets WiFi in the garage)
-The biggest drag is that when the contacts get cleared, any personal ringtones, or other identifiers get permanently cleared and have to be reassigned. That is the most annoying part.
What else does anyone need to know? It seems to be a thing, so when (and I'm sure it will repeat) it happens again I will throroughly check all suggestions.
I know how to fix it. I would like to know how to prevent it from ever happening again.

If you are saying you can't turn off find my phone because it is still using an old ID, you need to change your ID back to the old address at My Apple ID turn off find my phone then change your ID back at my Apple ID.
