When usinf Mac Address Book and you have entered the information for one contact from a company, how can you duplicate the card so you can add another person from same company?

As long as you have all of the content in your library then that remove and sync warning shouldn't cause any loss of data, but it shouldn't be happening every time. It may pay to take the following steps to reset the connection between the two,
Backup device.
Restore as a new device.
Restore the backup made earlier.
Again, this assumes all content on the device is in your library. If that isn't the case see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device first.

I am having a problem with importing cds onto my iPhone. You can delete photos from individual albums but not from the camera roll. If you try to delete a photo from camera roll it will be deleted from all other albums ("locations") that contain the photo. This is because the actual photo is in the camera roll (the albums only contain links to the photo in camera roll, not the actual photo).

I am going bloody mad as three times now I have reloaded my iphone 4 with 30 gigs of music and when I even try and add a new album, it goes into massive sync mode and then looses the lot! I retore to earlier that day and practically nothing.

I have now 3 times added nearly 30 gigs of music onto this **** Iphone 4, then when it decides by itself to sync it goes into a massive re-sync then looses the lot. I restore it and in iTunes It shows that the music is on my phone, but nothing works and then it reverts to about 60megs of music and the **** lot has gone again. I am really getting upset that I can spend 12 hours adding the music back on only for it all to disappear in 12 seconds and wont come back again. I have manage music and videos ticked and all the music is ticked in my library, I have tried un-ticking and re-ticking but it simply does not work. please can anyone help as I am at the point of binning Apple for Samsung as its happening to lots of people I know with nothing coming from Apple on why?

You have fallen for the great Verizon Wireless Lie, most customers don't use over 2Gb and its a better plan, and unlimited is unsustainable yada yada yada.
However your choices were getting new devices for cheap so if you paid full price for your device at $700 each, you would have kept unlimited and paid no $30 upgrade fee. Per line.
Now add up the additional cost of that data usage and it is way over the cost of what paying full price would have cost you.
and being in a contract with an early termination fee it all adds up.
Verizon claims unlimited data is unsustainable, but you can see its sustainable only when you get charged mucho bucks in $10-$15 overages per GB.

Otherwise you will have to get him to sign out of Messages by go to Settings>Messages>Send and receive and tap your Apple ID and then tap signout.

That should work but it might take awhile for the data to sync. If you're okay with this, what I would do is to go to the iTunes Store and de-authorise all. Then re-authorise the ones you want to. This method has less errors since the command it to erase all registration. If you want to do that, sign in to your account in the iTunes Store. There is a line item that de-authorise all after you signed in.

When using firefox, my computers freezes up from time to time, every program freezes and then my computer just restarts, the strange thing then is that it can't find my harddrive, which i fix by pressing the power supply button.

This problem only happens on my Desktop, my Laptop doesn't have any problems with it, both use the same app-tabs and plugins, maybe 1 or 2 that are different.
It happens just randomly when browsing, or when playing a game, or even when idle left at night, i come back and i see that it crashed.

Both have all Microsoft updates installed.
It even happened when i was typing this, luckily Firefox has a restore function so i don't have to retype this again!.. It's really annoying, re-installing my desktop didn't help either, I'm generally quite good with computers, but this problem isn't fixable by me, or at least not with what i know.

To answer the post title FireFox save all downloads automatically in the download folder, which you can find in the Documents folder. If you want to choose where to save your downloads go to tools>options>check always ask me where to save files.
Secondly, I am assuming you have IE 8 installed as this is the only version that supports this fix that is currently not in beta. Go to control panel>internet options>advanced tab and reset the settings at the bottom. This may or may not fix the problem but it is a good first step.

The collum to the right listed similar problems. The solution appears to be that under smtp outgoing settings the user name and password are listed as optional. I have not plugged in the information and it seems to be working. However from my office it always allowed the relaying. The true test will be when I try to respond later from the road.
