HT2492 ML Dashboard Calendar widget has lost the ability to change the date.

In ML the Dashboard calendar widget has lost the ability to change the day to other days. You can still navigate to different months with the arrow keys, but clicking on any day has no effect. I have not found a keystroke/mouse combination that allows the date to be changed from today's date.
This is a useful function for me, to quickly be able to see what I have scheduled on any day. Now I have to open iCal, which is annoying.

You are correct that there is no way to sort jobs in the print queue window in Snow Leopard. This is to be considered expected behavior. In other words, that's the way the software engineers intend it to work in Snow Leopard. You should provide Apple with feedback as to what you want. Whenever you desire to change the information on a certain music file or movie you've saved to your apple device (In my case, an iPhone 4S), the only things that pop up on screen are the "Play (Insert name of media here)" or below that: "Get info". And even if you do click on "Get Info", you can only LOOK at the info already there and you can't change it! Before this problem arose, there used to be a long list of options you could select from for that specific media file you chose. Things like ratings, copy, delete, consolidate files, get artwork, etc. were at my fingertips, and now iTunes has refused me these luxeries! The thing I miss the most is being able to click on the "Get Info" option and actually CHANGING THE INFO of the media file instead of just looking at it with the color of the font being gray and not allowing you to change it! If I wanted to rename a video I got from the internet or give proper credit to the person who uploaded said video, I could do so in the past, but not now! Also, I cannot drag a music track or video file from my Video files of my computer's hard drive and place them into my Movies of iTunes or my iPhone 4S! It used to be so quick and easy to click and drag what you wanted into your device, But now it's just such a pain! I ask if anyone has this same problem and better yet, if anyone has a solution to this? All considerate thoughts and actions are appreciated. Thank you.

Add the ability to manipulate image data early during the import process

Following many discussions about the inability to cleanly support aspect ratio in LR, it would be useful to have the ability to interviene in the import process (early) and manipulate the exif data. It is possible to attach a metadata preset during import but presets do not give the ability to change the aspect ratio and cropping tags.
This feature could have many other uses such as allowing more complex naming schemes, copy location, etc.

I've upgraded to iOS 8.0.2 with no improvement.
I've reset network settings on both versions with no positive result.
I can't rollback to iOS 7 as apple has stopped signing the build.
I realise the 4s is fairly old tech but this experience has been quite time consuming and incredibly frustrating as I still haven't managed to resolve the issue. I had been holding back to upgrade to the new generation of iPhone but this experience and the negative press has made me seriously consider other options.

Here is what you can try,
Hold both the power and home buttons until the device powers off, may take 10sec. Let go of both as soon as screen goes black.
Open itunes on your computer and plug in your cable to the computer but NOT the phone.
Once itunes is open hold down the home button on phone and plug in cable and continue holding home button until you see the connect to iTunes logo on screen. iTunes will give a msg that a device has been detected in recovery mode. Now select restore and do not disconnect until you see your device in iTunes again.

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")

I figured out how to fix the flashing yellow screen problem that I've been having on my MBP! Yessssss!!!
I found this super handy website with the golden answer: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1379
I followed the instructions on this page and here's what I did:
Resetting NVRAM / PRAM
Shut down your Mac.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command (⌘), Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
Turn on the computer.
Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys before the gray screen appears.
Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
Release the keys.
I went through the 6 steps above twice, just to make sure I got rid of whatever stuff was holding up my bootup process. Since I did that, my MBP boots up just like normal. No flashing yellow screen anymore!!

It is a toggle for View. Show/Hide Bounding Box
The most common accident in Illustrator everyone does this.
Also be aware of command H for hide edges another accident often happens.

I was just walked through a repair procedure by an Apple Care person, and it fixed my camera recognition problems (I have a Canon XL1 and sometime after installing Tiger, then 10.4.1, various patches (including Quicktime 7.1) and the latest Desktop Video patch, I've been unable to use the camera with Final Cut Express, and attempts to capture would result in a FCE crash).
The workaround is to download Quicktime manually, after removing the "receipts" which indicate that it is loaded. Specifically, I was told to do the following:
1. Navigate to Library -> Receipts on your main drive (not from your personal folder).
2. Remove all files of the form QuickTime*.pkg, where "*" is a version number. E.g. QuickTime600.pkg, QuickTime650.pkg, Quicktime700.pkg and QuickTime701.pkg. This simply tells your system that those packages are not installed.
3. Go to http://www.apple.com/quicktime/downloads and click on the "download Quicktime" link. DO NOT USE THE AUTOMATIC UPDATE UTILITY. Download QuickTimeInstallerX.dmg. Double click this file (probably on your desktop) and then invoke the installer by double clicking QuickTime701.pkg.
4. After your computer reboots, you should be able to restart FCP and see your camera.

you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on any iOS devices that you have by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store (Settings > Store on iOS 5 and below) and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on them
If that doesn't fix it then contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

I'd try resetting the pse 11 preferences.
In the pse 11 editor Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor (Edit)>Preferences>General, click on Reset Preferences on Next launch
and then restart the pse 11 editor.

What has happened to the ability to choose the size of a photo in Photo before emailing it?

I've been using my iPhone to take pictures of documents and then sending these pictures to myself via Photo. Suddenly the ability to chose the photo resolution before emailing it has disappear. What goes here? Is this the result of having upgraded by system? If so how can I get back to my original system? Can anyone suggest another way to chose the photo resolution? Thanks.

That option is only available after selecting the photos, composing the email and hitting the "Send" button.
