How do I add a disclaimer footer to my email signature?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
Mail, Preferences, and click the 'Signatures' tab.
First, click the + (plus) sign in the middle column to define the signature with desired 'Disclaimer'
It will automatically be named but you can rename it.
Then you associate the signature you just created with an email account in the left column, by clicking on the signature title in the middle column and dragging the signature onto the email account listing in the left column.

  • HT201320 How can I add a company logo to my email signature on my iPhone 5

Can someone detail the process to add a company logo to my email signature
on my iphone. It is for an additional email account thru go daddy, it's not my icloud account.
    I would appreciate the help.
    Thanks.

My guess is the problem with the square is being caused by incomplete or broken html in the Email Signature.  I think the Signature panel doesn't know how to fix HTML.  But the email app does... so this is why you copy a complete & pre-formatted email message: entirely.
I walked through the directions above, exactly, and it works with (in my case) even oversized JPG files in the signature.
By copy and pasting the whole message body, you'll retain the html formatting &, in my case, the image too.  Running iOS 8.1 & it worked after a few tries.
Keep trying combinations... you'll get it.

  • How can I add social media icons to my email signature in thunderbird?

    Hi there,
I have already a signature with my logo but I would also like to add some social media icons.
Do you know how can I do that?
    Thanks
    K.

"a signature with my logo" - please explain.
If I wanted a signature with a logo, I'd create an HTML document containing text and an embedded image. Adding, for example, facebook and twitter icons would be done in just the same way, by embedding their icons into the same HTML signature document.
What's stopping you just adding more graphics?

  • How do I add my own footer to emails ideally with an image included?, How do I add my own footer to emails ideally with an image included?

Does anyone know how I add my personal footer to my emails - ideally including an image?

On his phone, sign in Settings>iCloud and enable Mail so that he can have his own email address. Then add your account in Settings>Mail, Contacts & Calendars and enable Contacts and Calendars. They will then appear on his phone alongside any syncing he has set up. This will keep your emails separate, or you can add Mail as well so that you can both access that if you want. You can add his account in the same way on your phone and enable any data types you want to sync.

  • How do I add a header/footer to a document?

I am using Adobe X Standard, version 10.1.2 and everything I am reading tells me to go to tools>pages>Header & Footer>Add Header & Footer, but once I click on tools to the left, the only options I have are export and create pdf files and send files. There is no tools option in the tool bar on the top. File, edit, view, window & help are my only options. How can I add a header/footer to a document?!

I think you might be opening your Pdf document in Adobe Reader. If you try open your pdf document in Adobe Standard and check again as far as your option are concerned you should be able to do that.

What you describe tends to indicate that you're using Reader, not Acrobat. If you do have Acrobat installed, make sure you're using it and not Reader.

  • How do I add multiple addresses/contacts in an email tread to my contact list without having to enter each at a time?

How do I add multiple addresses/contacts in an email tread to my contact list without having to enter each at a time? I have AppleScript but don't see "add address" in any of the boxes/drop-downs.

Sorry, but Address Book does not allow you to select more than one email address to send to in a group. There's really no reason why people need multiple copies of a message, anyway; they have the option of forwarding email to another email address of theirs.

How can I add an attachment to an aol email?  The compose window has no toolbar, thus no paperclip icon to add an attachment.

    1. You must open attachment first
    2. Tap the square with arrow on top right and select mail
    3. Compose your email

Will we soon be able to add a small corporate graphic in email signature?

    No it isn't.
    That is RTF,  not HTML.
    Big difference.

  • How do I add a password protection to my email on my iPAD?  It just pops up now.

How do I add password protection to my email on my ipad?  My email just pops up now.

There is no way to password-protect apps (on a non-jailbroken device), but you can password lock the entire device in which case nobody would be able to get into your email (or your device, period) unless you unlocked it for them or they knew the code. Like Meg St._Clair suggested, the best idea is to use the web browser on your iPad (whether it be Safari, Skyfire, etc.) to access your email, then be sure to sign out when done, ensuring others can still use your device, but can't access your email account.

  • How can I add the cc line to my emails from iphoto

I want to use the email in my iphoto program to email an invitation to a large group of people, but how do I add the cc line in my header of the email?

You can't.  For a cc or bcc field you will have to use the regular Mail client.  However, Mail does have some photo stationary if you like the fancy iPhoto presentation of photos in the emails:
